The staff is friendly and helpful answering questions about local restaurants and the best beaches in the area. The room-- quite small but extremely clean, comfy bed, cozy cotton robe, hot shower, a/c that works great, and a lovely balcony with a limited view of the ocean. The hotel is within walking distance of the nearest beach and a great restaurant serving the local people. Driving back thru the area the next week, I stopped to enjoy coffee on the terrace and use the excellent Wi-Fi.

The rooms aren't insulated to muffle conversations in adjacent rooms, but I asked the front desk if they could accommodate me in a quieter room. Fabio instantly agreed, moving me to a quiet room. It didn't have a bath tub, but it did have a nice balcony overlooking the patio and street.

The hotel looks as if it recently had an upgrade and looks quite fresh and chic,breakfast was very good,plenty of choice,beds comfortable,only drawback is location,it is quite far from old town although that is not a reflection on the hotel it is just a personal observation,did not bother us as we are quite active and walk quite regularly,plenty of taxis and uber service is quite good in Albuferia,oh and the hotel is right opposite Bonnie Tylers house,good for a bit of celebrity spotting.

Lovely small hotel with a pool and a bar. Some of the rooms were quite small but we had a lovely big room with a fantastic sea view balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent room servicing daily with change of towels. We stayed 9 nights sheets were changed frequently.

Location was a little removed from the night life. Breakfast was good but it was served in a very small dining room. A sun umbrella on our balcony would have been a great addition. All in all I would stay here again.

Location is very good- 15 mins walk to strip and has shops nearby and very beautiful beach next to mgm hotel and beautiful walking tracks. Restaurant choices nearby are good and 2 restaurants next to hotel are amazing loterally 2 mins walk. Staff is very helpful and polite, can provide information and share tips for the area. Room was upgraded for us which was a pleasant suprise and is spacious clean and good value for money. Also its the best hotel wifi j had in years- both room and pool area it was superfast

I didnt bring any towel for the beach with me as for coming for few days so maybe a towel or a cusion for pool area would be good. Also i didnt have breakfast included and didnt mnow if i can add it or not and what are in general food options for hotel as well as bar opening times etc

Breakfast was great. A wide variety of fresh fruit, fresh pastries, cheese and cold cuts etc... something for everyone to eat. Staff was very friendly and ready to answer all questions.

There was traffic all night, loud cars/ motor cycles. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic will keep you awake. Also sewer odor coming from shower drain. We put a garbage can over it, but sometimes that didn't help.

Close to the beach, and the view from the solarium is beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I stayed on the ground floor with a window overlooking the parking lot, I didn't like it, because I didn't feel like I had any privacy if I left the curtain open. Another thing I didn't like was that the place to have coffee was small.

People treated us nicely, always helpful and respectful, everything was organised, it was really clean in the common areas, access easily to the pool, they provided The bathrobes as well. We ended up 2 hours earlier and they gave us the room as soon as it was cleaned. The room had balcony as well, closer to the beach.

There is no soundproof wall, so in the morning or at the night we could hear everything and everyone around us.
