The location of the hotel was very good. I came from Termini Train station and it took 17 minutes walking there. Also it took 15-20 minutes to get to the main sights: Spanish steps, Trevi... The building of the hotel is old, but it was very amazing with its patio. There were an elevator, and it is good.

The room was tiny, but I perfectly understood that so close to the city center, I couldn’t expect a palace for that price. Extremely small bed. However, besides the sizes, another downside was the strong smell of dampness that just wouldn’t go away.

The location has a very convenient location, it is close to the train station, as well metro and bus stations. You can easily get to the main tourist spots by foot or buy transport. The street was quiet, so you can rest at night without extra noise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and all necessities were provided as needed. Breakfast was nice, hotel offers a good variety of food. All in all, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and can recommend it for your next trip!

I was there for two nights with a 5 month baby. We had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful (especially the lady working at the breakfast who insisted on holding my baby so I could help myself with food and made me a wonderful coffeine free cappuccino). The room had everything we needed and the location was perfect, so close to the train station, as well as many sites. I dont understand the bad reviews, its a very afordable place in central Rome with breakfast included, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

There are some steps leading up to the reception. Not ideal for people with limited mobility or heavy luggage.

I recently stayed at Hotel Seiler in Rome and had a fantastic experience. Located within walking distance of Roma Termini, I chose this accommodation for the fact that I was arriving by train to Roma by 9pm and needed to be at the Fiumicino airport by 8:30am. I was pleasantly surprised by the location and reception. The staff member at reception who met me was incredibly friendly and helpful, she also gave me a recommendation for dinner which I promptly took up (great recommendation!). The room was small but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and sizeable. The next morning the reception staff member organised a taxi for me. Again they were extremely helpful and friendly.

Breakfast could have had a little more variety but the staff member who was looking after it was so friendly and lovely and even made me a custom cappuccino.

I was very nervous about this trip as it was my first completely solo trip abroad. This hotel is an absolute dream! Has everything you could possibly need, very clean and I managed to walk to see and do everything there is to do in Rome! Thank you for helping me to find my home in Rome, I will 100% be back whenever I travel here in the future and would recommend to anyone travelling here.

Despite the room with the window at the street, the street is calm and the windows are sound proof, worked well. Everything clean and a very variate breakfast buffet-type. I was a bit reluctant looking at the reviews of the place but was pleasently surprised. Also, we had a dog with us and there was no issue. Really nice staff and really helpful.

Only issue we had was a non-working fridge. The staff was nice and let us use the fridge of the kitchen. My room was on the ground-floor, nonetheless you have to go upstairs (just like half a storey) to arrive to the hotel entrance, so just to keep that in mind. They charged 15€ per night for the dog, which might be a bit high considering we werent given any additional stuff for the dog (like a food plate or ammenities like that) but they were transparent when I made the reservation about the extra charges.

You will be immersed in the atmosphere of Roman life, the hotel is located next to the Republic Square, in a building from 1885 with a magnificent courtyard, the building is in excellent condition, with a new elevator, and the staircase is simply a masterpiece of art! The location was amazing. My room was so big, comfortable and quit. The view from the window of my room overlooked a beautiful quiet street, with restaurants, a coffee shop and a pizzeria. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly, they speak 4 languages. Breakfast was served very well, lots of pastries, fresh fruit, muesli, delicious sandwiches. Very tasty coffee and cappuccino with excellent foam. I will definitely return to this hotel again.

Despite the compact size, the clean and well-maintained accommodations added to the overall positive experience. It's an ideal choice for those planning to spend most of their time exploring the city rather than staying indoors. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay.

My only concern was that one day, after room cleaning, our door was left unlocked with partly open doors. I recommend ensuring the staff pays more attention to security details.
