We were welcomed by Mick who was so lovely and couldn’t have been more accommodating. She showed us round the hotel and explained where everything was. The room was beautiful in The Coach house. Quiet and comfortable with all we needed. Breakfast was lovely. They were very accommodating for a gluten and dairy free guest and did all they could to offer alternatives. We would have loved to stay another night but unfortunately they were fully booked. It’s about 5/10 into the town/beach by car which was fine. Parking was free at the hotel.

The room was a good size. The place was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Nice view of the garden. Breakfast was very good. I dont drink but I appreciated the offer of a Bucks Fizz. I have cancer and cannot swallow most food, so when I saw there were fresh Greek yoghurt, summer berries and weetabix I was in breakfast heaven. Fab.

The fish pond is badly in need of filtering/cleaning. Those poor fish are swimming through muck. The mattress was on the flat lumpy side but I was so tired each night it didn't bother me until the next morning. Then my old back hurt. The Non alcoholic selection at the bar needs a little more thought put into it. As a grown up who doesn't want pop at night, I'd like a glass of a good cold wine or a fruity cider. Next door did a perfect white. I spent £60 on 3 bottles of it. Money that could have gone to the hotel I was actually staying in.

The stay was simply too short but wonderful. The property was quite well-maintained and our room was cosy. There is a floor fan for those few hot days. The quiet and green around was calming. The breakfast with indoor and outdoor seating had quite a spread and was fantastic. Service at breakfast and reception was warm and welcoming. I have already recommended this charming place to others.

Nothing that I did not like except that we did not get to stay longer... A tip: One has to remember to not leave their keys in the room or else they will be locked out (after hours especially). The walk to the city centre is long (~25 mins)

Our room was very spacious and we had a beautiful view into the garden which was just lovely, we sat in the garden every night where you could take a drink from the small bar and sit in either the sun or the shade. Our breakfast was included in our room rate and was really lovely with plenty of options for both the continental buffet plus the hot menu. We enjoyed the hotels location as it was far enough out of town to be in a beautifully leafy and quiet area but still within walking distance - the walk into town is paved and downhill which of course does mean its uphill on the way back. Its not a horrible hill but if you have any issues with walking hills I would recommend a getting a taxi back.

We did have a couple of large spider in the bathroom which may just be the time of year but if the cobwebs had been dusted and removed they possibly wouldn't be there. Having said that we are from Australia so we're very mindful of spiders that bite.

The Broadmead is located approximately one mile from the center of Temby. We chose to walk to town as the weather was good. There is an elevation change, but if one is used to walking it was very manageable. We stayed in the Coach House, which is separate from the main building. That provided some additional privacy and space. Unit unit was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered both hot items ordered from a menu and cold items from a buffet. Coffee, tea and juices were included. The staff did a very nice job too. The breakfast area looks out onto the spacious backyard, which provided a nice atmosphere. We preferred being in this location rather than staying right in town as it provided a nice quiet location at night.

It is an excellent hotel. It's not modern but in a charming way, with really stylish public areas. Great breakfast, setting, staff. It is the second time we have stayed here. The previous owners were nearing retirement, and they were properly on their game. We only found out that it had changed ownership on arrival. The new owners have kept the feel of the hotel but are quietly making little improvements here and there. It didn't need fixing in fairness. The new owners have put/kept together really friendly staff. The breakfast is superb. We stayed in a small double. They are really good value. Not that small, perfect for a couple of nights. EV chargers have been added. Good value via an app. Easy enough to download. The hotel is roughly 15 mins walk from town. Tenby is quite compact. Would 100% recommend.

This is a wonderful grade II listed hotel with a beautiful garden at the back for guests to sit and relax. The staff are so very friendly and welcoming, nothing to much trouble. The bedrooms are spotless clean with pristine linen. Coffee and tea facilities with a lovely touch of Welsh cakes to enjoy. The breakfast is help yourself to cereals, pastries, toast, a lovely variety of fresh fruits, nuts and yogurts, followed by an excellent choice of hot breakfast. Bucks fizz, jucies and a choice of teas and coffee are also available. Will definitely book again, highly recommended to anyone looking for a quite retreat, home from home.

From the moment we arrived at the Broadmead Hotel in Tenby, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Our room was absolutely lovely – spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a real home away from home. Breakfast was a real highlight – beautifully cooked, great variety, and high-quality ingredients. It was the perfect start to our day exploring the stunning surroundings of Tenby. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

We had a 5 night stay Monday to Friday and the hotel is beautiful, set in a lovely quiet location about 1 mile out of Tenby, exceptionally clean, with fabulous staff and looked after by Chloe on reception, along with the fantastic breakfast team Mick (female), Alexandra and Tracee, for whom nothing was ever to much trouble and are a true credit to the whole inner sanctum and the smooth running of the hotel, the breakfast choice was mind blowing and everything cooked to perfection. We stayed in room 8, which is lovely, comfy super-king size bed, walk in wardrobe and walk in rainfall shower. Overall it was just the Tonic required. Yes we would stay again.

Quiet location, a short walk from Tenby. Lovely garden, good bar & conservatory area. Good breakfast, freshly cooked and great selection. Breakfast staff couldn’t have been more helpful and engaging. Comfortable bed and great shower.

Upholstery and carpet in the room we stayed in could do with replacing. Some staining and carpet looked dirty. Slight lack of attention to detail from reception staff - booked two rooms, one for myself and husband and another for our adult daughter. Our daughter was shown to the much larger room with very large bed while we were shown to the smaller room with double bed but a minor point.
