I loved this hotel! The staff at the front desk was very friendly. They offered complimentary cookies for my kids while checking in which was kind. The room was clean and smelled good upon arrival. We were able to get towls and wash clothes as needed from the front desk. I enjoyed the outdoor patio area by the pool. The location was near a lot of good restaurants. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting this area and I would book here again.

This is NOT a reflection of the hotel itself but unfortunately, someone came and broke into a few cars. They busted Windows out and everything. Our car was tampered with but our windows were not broken. The area is nice and upscale which is probably why robbers came to the area in hopes to find something valuable.

Nakia at the front desk checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. She provided local pet care information (vets, boarding), briefed us on the hotel's pet policy, where to take them to potty, etc. She also gave us a printout of restaurants nearby as we were starving when we arrived. She followed up after check in to be sure that everything was OK. We were lucky that she was working the day we checked out also. She truly made us feel welcomed.

The room smelled a little musty when we 1st arrived but the room, sheets and towels were clean. Maybe it was the carpet? Not a big problem. Just an observation. Wish there was an on-site restaurant.

It was a very nice hotel. No more extended stays for is.. you get what you pay for. The staff was always pleasant. It was clean, smelled good. I was soooo happy I didn't smell Marijuana as soon as I walked in !!!!

Bathroom toilet was stopped up for a day and into the next morning. Called 4 times, nobody came the third time, I'm guessing it was late at night, we weren't happy about that. They came that next morning, it stopped up again, they came again, we got them to leave the plunger. I would suggest they fix it beanother guest stays in that room. Other than that we loved the hotel, it was clean and very nice staff.

Getting to the fitness and exercise area required stepping out of the main hotel building. As our stay was during the winter there was a bit of chill to contend with when getting to the gym. Additionally, the peloton bike was a nice touch, but the pedals on the bike were only suited for clip-in delta clips. Just an fyi, but they have dual flip pedals which can be used with both standard exercise shoes and specialized cycle shoes, typically most people don’t travel with a pair of spare cycling delta cycling shoes, it also wasn’t advertised that this was required. Moreover, the weight equipment machine was not in good condition. Butt… despite all this, the towels and the water cooler were a nice touch!

We love being at this place which offer convinience, comfort and security. The staff always go an extra mile to make you feel safe and comfortable. No question is too dump and extra effort is made to accommodate your extra requests.

Stay for such a short time and cutting the comfort offered by the place. Really enjoyed being treated as an important visitor and customer of the place.

I loved the friendly front desk staff. The breakfast was very tasty and the renovated rooms are very comfortable, clean and nice. We loved the close walking distance of hotel very close to the sugarloaf mills for shopping.

Not having ear plugs in the room for the after 8 am construction work that was being done on site.

TV viewing was kind of spotty. I think it was just a function of their connection to Direct TV just not being robust enough to handle the load. The screen would periodically "tear" and then come back to into focus. Particularly annoying when trying to watch football playoff games. I believe they just need a better connection to their feed source.

Staff is wonderful! Very accommodating and attentive! We stayed 4 nights total and 1 night I had entered the wrong date! Marques was amazing in helping to get that fixed! Beds and pillows are comfy! Food is good! Coffee is fantastic! Only met 1 staff member who wasn't overly friendly! Everyone else was beyond courteous!

We stay at Hampton Inns several times a year. This is by far the best run and loveliest we have been in for years. Best run. They clean your room every day. This reminds me of why we started staying at Hampton Inns so many years ago. Most have not begun to come back since the pandemic. This is the real thing! We recommend it highly!

It was great! Exceeded expectations in all areas.

The hot Breakfast offerings were a great draw - unfortunately, the eggs and the "chicken fajita" were bland and tasteless.

See above - improve the quality of the food, and ALSO - the design of the self service stations is a prescription for a burn injury: the pexiglass cover over the dishes of food interferes with removing a serving of food from the dish into a customer's plate. I especially found the oatmeal very difficult (and dangerous) to navigate. Would be sad to see the property suffer a lawsuit from someone who burnt their hand, or worse.
