A lovely place to stay in Corbridge. The bar & restaurant are beautifully decorated and a warm welcome awaits all visitors via the friendly staff. Our rooms were very clean & comfortable & the breakfast was excellent. We did not eat there on the evening but the food being served looked lovely. This is a wonderful place to stay in Corbridge & we will certainly be returning.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable, great location! No car park at the hotel, though plenty of on street pay and display parking, recommend using this to when checking in to drop bags off, then parking in the free car park over the bridge. I used the pay and display outside overnight but had to move my car early morning.

Excellent location, stunning town. Cafes, bars , shops and restaurants all superb. Friendly, helpful people. The countryside is stunning. It is worth a trip to Newcastle City centre.

We enjoyed our stay at the cosy Golden Lion. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

We would have liked a light breakfast, only a full cooked breakfast was on offer.

Location was brilliant, staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious.
