Everything was great about this place. The room was very spacious with a choice of king size, queen size and single bed, the water pressure was very good, there was a safe and a nice seating area in front of the room with a lovely view of mount Meru. Going to town meant walking down the hill for five minutes and then stopping a dala dala or a bajaj or motorcycle (I don't recommend, especially during night time). The manager was such a friendly and helpful person, I loved her. The other staff was very nice, too, including the guard down at the entrance. There is a Beer garden with good food and drinks, any noise is hardly heard up where I stayed. Internet was fast and reliable. A place absolutely recommended.

Mount Meru View from the room is worth it all. Welcoming and friendly staff, spacious room, cleanliness, everything was good here. I would definitely come back here if i get a chance, also recommend this place to my friends and family.

Nothing that we didn’t like. May be if i have to point out something it would be the food. As everything is cooked fresh, it will take 30-40 mins (we ordered for two). So plan accordingly. Do not wait until you are really hungry.

We got the new rooms at the top, next to the swimming pool. The family room 24. We were a bit worried about the beer-garden and bar that is on the same property, but due to the location furthest away from the bar we had no issues with the noise and UEFA football matches that were shown on the screens. The rooms were modern with ceiling fan, AC, nice bathroom and comfy beds. The pool is great for kids as its not too deep. The breakfast was great, really good coffee, great mix of buffet and à la carte breakfast. Great views, great location on Themi Hill, abd close to Njiro where you can find everything you need, and avoid traffic downtown. The staff were super child friendly and very accommodating. We even extended our stay!

The locking system at the new rooms needs improvement, as its not really trustable (just a padlock with latches screwed into the sliding doors). We didn't feel unsafe (the compound is enclosed, has security and a Watchman on guard at all time), but this seems to be a makeshift solution. Also note there are no mozzie nets. The hotel provides mosquito spray, but the fumes are not great to breathe in. We often forgot to spray the room well before going to bed, so we definitely experienced mosquitos inside.

We arrived in the evening and we were leaving in the morning for an early flight. They booked our airport transfer for us. As we were leaving before breakfast, they offered to make us to-go boxes for breakfast that we brought to the airport with us, and they even fully accommodated our diets. I was very impressed by the staff and service, and the room was comfortable too.

Nothing negative to say, really. Comfortable stay, well worth the price.

All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and flexible. The food in the restaurant was tasty and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and watching sports on TV in the beer garden. The location was convenient for accessing Arusha town and nearby restaurants and bars. We were offered complimentary late check out which was gratefully received as our flight was late evening.

The charge to pay on credit/debit card was quite high and the food in the restaurant took quite a long time to arrive. The room could have been slightly cleaner on arrival, although we did book very late in the day and arrived at short notice so maybe this is why. Otherwise all good!

Lovely friendly staff. Great breakfast in the morning and very good food in the restaurant in the evening. Very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a view of Mount Meru. About a 35 minute walk to town but can hop on the local ‘dala dala’ bus at the road either. Would definitely stay here again!

The view of Mount Meru is amazing from the newer section. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and the food was good.

They gave someone else the room that I paid for with a balcony and a view of the mountain. I was VERY upset about this as I spend alot of time researching stays with the best views. If it weren't for this I would have given them a higher score and a lower score had they not tried to make up for it.

Boulevard inn Mr Meru is a gated property just a 30min walking distance from town. It is quiet, safe, clean, and the staff were lovely. The rooms have AC that works. The breakfast is quite good as well! Overall a great value for price. I had 5hr flight delay and the staff were around to communicate and waited for me until 3am.

Staff were excellent and so accommodating! The room was clean and comfortable .

Only thing for possible improvement is breakfast. Would have been lovely to have local dishes on the menu and the menu description did not accurately describe the meals that arrived for breakfast.

This was a really peaceful oasis on the edge of the bustling town of Arusha, in a neighbourhood that felt safe and quiet. Despite this, it was still a great location for accessing town... we walked to the fabulous Massai Market in about half an hour. Menu was vast and extensive, and food extremely tasty. Staff were so kind and attentive; nothing too much trouble. Outside seating areas were lovely; lots of comfortable options for all weathers. Inside decor was interesting and quirky; we loved all the wooden antique furniture and beautiful accessories.

As others have mentioned in reviews, food preparation was sometimes slow, but given the range of choices, it is clear that everything was prepared fresh and from scratch, so this is hardly surprising. On one occasion, we ordered smoothies and they came to tell us there would be a slight delay as they'd had to send someone out to the market to buy extra fruit - definitely worth waiting for such fresh and delicious foods and drinks!
