Great place, great staff and great location if you are in the area to visit locals or the Royal North Shore Hospital. I'm especially happy with how clean, modern and tidy it is. The coffee is also great at the cafe /restaurant downstairs. They have proper beans and baristas at the cafe, so no need to walk the 10 minutes to st Leonards or Crows Nest for it.

The restaurant menu wasn't vegan friendly... just chips and a garden salad, it would be good if the menu was more inclusive. It is very meat heavy. But the chef did make me a wonderful salad, so I didn't go without. The staff are great though, and very accommodating.

The Room was good, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony, but it was above the car park roller door which was quite loud. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. The location to the hospital was fantastic and we were able to walk to the hospital each day, so only had to pay one lot of parking.

Unfortunately out of town guests have to pay extra for parking, which is a bit disappointing considering you are already paying a decent amount for accommodation. If people are travelling from a distance they should be given free parking especially if you are only staying because a family member is in hospital. The shower is fantastic but I’d be worried if I had a child as the shower can be scalding hot and the Corner tile near the toilet is extremely sharp.

The bed was very comfortable, as I have a bad back, also I loved the size of the bed being a king double The room was a great size too plenty of room to move around in. Walking distance to Royal North Shore Hospital

I didn't like the fact I missed out on tea replacements even though I asked for it There was not enough milk Also the 3rd day I did not receive any bathroom products. I was very annoyed when I had to leave the motel 2 days earlier as my sick husband was unexpectedly transferred from Royal North Shore Hospital to Gosford Hospital so I lost 2 nights of accommadation I paid for. The reason I booked this motel was to be close to my husband while he was in Royal North Shore Hospital.

Everything. Staff, room, car parking, facilities, close to public transport. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The gym was well equipped. There is an excellent restaurant on the ground floor. On checkout we were able to leave our car in the secure car park while we went into the city. Highly recommended, especially if you have your car. Good public transport to the city via bus and train from St Leonards station. To Circular Quay or Pyrmont (via bus to McMahons Point then ferry) and other connections also.

Plumbing was a bit noisy when upstairs guests showered.

When dirty linen was replaced and room cleaned, crumbs still on desk and table and some dirty linen had been just dropped on the floor. One office chair and one lounge chair with coffee table made room service for a couple difficult. Would prefer 2 chairs and a table to eat at and have coffee.

A very responsible hotel! We left an item in the hotel after leaving, and the staff promptly contacted us and quickly posted it to us. The cleanliness also is excellent. There is a bus stop is right outside the entrance, and the metro is around 750m walk away. The location is very convenient for people who don’t have a car as well. They also provide a free shuttle bus to north Sydney and other place in the morning. In a word, very reliable and excellent hotel! Strong recommended!!

The hotel was in a perfect location for visiting The Mater Hospital either by car or bus. The hotel’s secure parking area was excellent, and dinner at the on-site café was delicious. The room (203) was bright & airy and and a very good size. Even though the bathroom was quite small, it was well equipped and had a good shower which had no leaks! Most importantly, the price was very reasonable compared with other hotels in the area and the staff were very friendly & helpful.

The room was quite noisy being located above the garage roller door and the area used by delivery trucks. And work started on the apartments being built opposite the hotel in Bellevue Ave at around 6:30am. At a guess this building work could easily be happening for another 12 months or so. Obviously there’s nothing the hotel can do to change this situation!

We were upgraded to a suite with a king size bed as random customer of the day and a bit of a view from the balcony, bed very comfy and appreciated the coffee pod machine, good value for money and the location suited our needs. Coffee was very good and and the breakfasts were generous and very good.

The only issue with the bathroom was the shower head was a little loose and would not stay up but was high enough to still get wet under! Informed staff when booking out and they were most apologetic and made a note in front of me that I imagine would be going to the maintenance person. Parking a bit tight in the area as our mini bus would not fit in the underground car park with the 2M height limit

My room was larger than I expected and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and, while nobody mentioned anything about breakfast to me, so I assumed there wasn't one. I did enjoy a brunch at the cafe there one day, though. The overall location was good too. Just a 1km uphill walk from the train station.

Really, it was fine. I would have been interested to know if there was breakfast provided though. Also, some of the staff were great, while one or two were somewhat taciturn.

The location the public transport right out of the door basically.

They took 40 dollars apart from the deposit because I ask to borrow a charge and they didn't wait until we checked out to check if I would give it back or not and instead they took the money without telling us. However we talked to them and they refunded the money. So I'm just saying this so they can check these actions in the future. Maybe they should charge once you check out and if you keep the thing the charge.
