The management and staff of this hotel are amazing. They provide excellent service . The managers Mohammed, Nancy, Irit and Irit are always available and they go above and beyond the norm in order to assure that every personal need is met . The desk staff are always available and accomodating. My room was very comfortable and attractive. The atmosphere is friendly and warm I have stayed at this hotel many times and I have always found it to be superior . Yet I sense that there is a constant and consistent effort to upgrade

I do not have anything negative to say about The Prima Kings Hotel

The location of the property, the price compared to other hotels in Jerusalem, that would offer this room size and newly renovated with a balcony was the best part about this hotel! You need at least 25 minutes to walk to the wailing wall … but it’s an easy route to walk down one Main Street

I would give this hotel a better grading if just the pillows and bedsheets were a better quality… because the newly renovated room was a great design. The bathroom was comfortable lots of space for Luggage, but the bedsheets and the pillow pillows made the sleep uncomfortable: if you’re coming in with a car to find the paid parking lot is not easy and the parking was very expensive by North American standards!

A very quiet and comfortable hotel for a couple. Centrally located in the city and right between the Mahane Yehuda market on one side and the Kotel and Mila on the other. Below the hotel there is a supermarket and other shops. The hotel staff is kind and helpful and advanced the check-in time by almost 3 hours from the appointed time. They even gave us the option to see 2 rooms and decide which we prefer. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and they were delicious and the selection was satisfactory. The stay was pleasant and definitely recommended

The hotel has a medium gym and it is possible to add higher weights to additional weights and machines in order to complete a full workout in the hotel. There is no parking at the hotel and if you come by car, it is not cheap to park in the parking lot behind the hotel

Great breakfast every morning. Beautiful views from my room window, which leads to a balcony. Location makes it easy to get to the Old City, Ben Yehuda Mall, the Geula section of Jerusalem, and Jaffa Street, and a number of important bus lines come near the hotel. Also, the hotel staff kept inquiring how I was finding my stay, and fixed any problems that I pointed out to them.

The hotel staff could be a little more informed about the immediate neighborhood and what shops and houses of worship are nearby.

I found the staff very friendly, courteous, helpful and eager to please. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm. My room was lovely and I had a magnificent view of the city. I had an extremely pleasant stay . I was very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. The location in Jerusalem which is very central cannot be beat. I have been staying at the Prima Kings Hotel whenever I visit Jerusalem since1965. And I will be back again when next I visit Jerusalem. I was also extremely impressed with the kind and respectful manner in which the vaccuees are being accommodated. .

The location is great , the room was very clean . The beds were very comfortable , and there was a great selection of pillows , hard , soft , feather which I have never seen before . The staff really went out of there way to make your stay as comfortable as can be . We had access to the lounge where there was a nice selection of cakes , salads and drinks through out the day Breakfast was plentiful and tasty so was supper . I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a really good place to stay

Everything was really good

Comfortable and clean, this was myy second time staying there and it was a lovely place to spend shabbat.

When we checked in and booked the hotel they said that it came with complimentary breakfast. When we went to have breakfast they said we did not pay for it. They let us have breakfast that morning but that we would have to pay for breakfast tge next day if we wanted it. Also cappuccino machine was not on, only instant coffee.

We liked the range and quality of the breakfast. Also, the amenities in the room and the comfort of the beds. The helpfulness of the staff was of a high level.

We had to ask for the room to be made up three times during our stay of ten nights. The wardrobe doors kept shutting themselves, if we wanted to take something out it was necessary to hold the door open in some way. This had been mentioned and should have been repaired, but if it had been seen to, it didn't work. Although minor problems that we weren't particularly concerned about, the short flush on the toilet didn't work and the control in the shower that determined which of the two shower heads was operating generally had both heads going at the same time.

Breakfast - excellent variety. Location just what we wanted for central access. Room very comfortable, particularly the bed. Clean towels every day. View from the room and privacy excellent. Daily Jerusalem Post. Access to the Lounge.

Coffee etc supplies not refilled every day. We were told we could ask for a taxi 10 mins before we needed it. When we asked for a tax at 3.50pm we were told the taxi would not come because of the rush-hour traffic. We were told to stand outside and hail a taxi ourselves but after some time trying unsuccessfully we asked Reception to help and they said they would try another company. After a time standing outside the gentleman who looks after the bar came out to help us. When a taxi stopped to let someone out for the building next door he persuaded the driver to take us to the rail station. If it wasn't for his help we would probably have missed the train. Given the problem in stopping a taxi we would would have appreciated some direct help outside sooner.

I like the fact that the staff really seemed to care. I was traveling alone and it was important to me to be in a safe, well-located and well-lit hotel. I appreciated an upgrade on my room, and a free breakfast one day, and access to the lounge. I also liked the convenience of the room--it was not large but was well equipped. I spent a good amount of time there working and the lighting and chair was excellent. I also went away for two days in the middle of my stay, and was able to leave a suitcase in storage.

Wish there were more elevators.
