Best location! Awesome hotel suite. Delicious breakfast. Nice decoration. Very nice staff. Really liked the waiter with glasses and the blonde front desk lady.

We didn't have a blanket, but it was summer. The sheets & towels were a bit worn. The shower drainage wasn't great, and they could maybe bleach or re grout the shower. It also wasn't clear that you could get breakfast in the restaurant if there wasn't any in the dining room. I think the hotel would be 10/10 if they regrouted the tiles, snaked/ draino-d the drains, and had nicer sheets/towels/blankets.

Best known hotel of Novi Sad in the best location in the heart of the city, one minute walk from the Cathedral, main square and main pedestrian street (however contruction of underground parking next to the hotel will last until spring 2025 and obstruct views and make walk out of hotel less pleasant). Staff is amazingly hospitable and efficient - from the reception, cleaning lady to the breakfast room waiter. Stayed in the spacious suite with full bathroom and extra toilet. Great view of the city centre. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was plentiful but of average quality.

Living room and bedroom in the suite are not fully separated (no door). Breakfast quality could be better.

Everything else was fine and stuff was polite. Breakfast is great.

The room is clean but there was something in the air in the room and we were sneezing while we were in the room (probably some alergens). It is probably something up to that room. When we go out of the room everything was fine it just something probably with that room. I'm guessing other rooms don't have that problem. Parking is problem if you drive larger car - it is not possible to fit so pay close attention to free parking spaces which are available. Luckily it was weekend so we parked in the street where is normal car space.

I booked this hotel for a couple of nights in Novi Sad as I had a race there. My priority was location and the property is located right in the city center behind the main street with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as within walking distance to bus station.

I asked the gentlemen at reception to give me a wakeup call as I didn't want to oversleep my race. Luckily I got up on time but just wanted to have a backup but no one called :(

We stay during exit festival here and location is perfect And they let us to have late check out everybody knows that is priceless after festival to get sleep, thanks guys you are the best!

the night lamp did not work, the window opened and closed with difficulty, and one was cracked.

Staff was great, hotel is in the center, i had a parking.

Night life in front of the hotel is really loud, coz there is Fast food. Unfortunately, its loud even on 4th floor, through closed window. They say it is only through weekends. I guess it cant be heard on the other side of the hotel.

It's right in the centre, opened 24/7, has a parking free of charge. The staff is extremly nice.

It was not as clean as you would expect it. The sheets were fresh but thorn.

The location is perfect, and the staff were very helpful throughout the stay. The price was also very good for the location.

The facility is a bit dated and needs some renovation. One of the elevators isn't working and there generally needed to be some improvements made.
