-Comfortable bed, big fridge, plenty of space, no frills. -Taps, toilet flush, air con, fridge, lights are all in good working condition. -The timer for the toilet light is a great idea. -Everything looks nice and new as if it has been recently refurbished. -Staff/security were v friendly. I checked in close to 10pm and the security knew exactly what to do. Instructions were clear and queries very well handled.

-Floor can be cleaner. I had to get a broom to sweep. No dustpan was provided though which made the cleaning less convenient. -i asked for one extra pillow but there wasn't any available

It was close to our destination.

It stated it was a non-smoke facility, but there were many people sitting right in front of the exterior doors, smoking at all hours, and seemed to be living there. Also, the concierge desk was closed and fully shut when we arrived. A staff member opened it but didn't know how to check us in without calling the company twice. Finally, the room had only the basics. Nothing extra.

The area was decent, the building overall was okay. I loved that it had a full sized refrigerator.

I didn't like that if you were staying for more than a week you had to wait 14 days for someone to clean your room. I also didn't like that the linen had to be dished out sparingly. After all you had to wait...my bed also wasn't comfortable.

I'm traveling for work, so I need comfort and clean. This establishment was just that they were cleaning the hallways at 7am, no smell of smoke in the hallways, clean stairwell and elevator.

Aside from the neighbors dogs it was really great staying there. Everyone was helpful beyond the norm in assisting me in find. Stores and my way around the area. Thanks so much in providing me with a place of peace after having such a terrible experience with past roommates I would recommend and stay here again when I'm in town.

Cleaner than the other woodsprings extended stays, great and safe area. Friendly staff. Does have some of the other issues that are in extended stay but so far has been my favorite stay.

friendly and accommodating staff ! also nice rooms clean tidy and workable! overall quiet and cozy atmosphere even beyond the staff branching out to the customers. didn’t hear anyone out arguing , see anyone passed out or even a frown!
