The staff's hospitality and services were exceptional! They were very attentive and made me feel like VIP during my entire 4 nights stay. It was the best hotel's services I ever had. Any issues I had were addressed immediately (e.g. mosquitoes in the room were quickly fixed).A special shout out to Min, Ruby, and Brian. They were so thoughtful. Brian, who was the luggage person and bike attendant thought of things for me before I even asked. Thank you for making my stay outstanding :).I had the corner suite and loved it. It was incredibly spacious; the decors and details of the room were so beautiful and captured the essence and history of Hoi An exquisitely. The bathroom was very luxurious and while I love the giant tub, it was impossible to rest your head as you soak. They also do turn down services, which was such a nice touch. I also love the pool area and that you can have free access to bikes at any time. I really enjoyed biking around Hoi An and to the beach. They have an association with the Deck House at the beach so you can have access to lounge chairs at the beach. I highly recommend Allegro and it did indeed felt like a piece of luxury. I did not want to leave. It was incredibly relaxing.

The bed could be a bit softer but that is a personal preference and what im accustomed to at western hotels. The staff did tell me they could have added another layer to make it softer, which would have been a nice option had I known about it prior to checkout. The bathroom was very luxurious and while I love the giant tub, it was impossible to rest your head as you soak. Other than that, I would 100% stay here again. I also love how it is kid's friendly but at the same time great for couples and solo travelers.

My family and I spent 4 days at this beautiful hotel. From checking in to checking out every minute of our stay was amazing. We spent warm afternoons at the pool. Got great advice regarding tailoring in the town and used spa and room service. Room is beautiful, spacious enough with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had many options and the location of the hotel is perfect since it is away from the town noise but close enough to go everywhere by foot. But we had two situations which I would like to talk more about. First of all, a day before our flight we realized that our plane tickets were canceled and there was no flight on that day. We got huge support from the front desk of the hotel, since they made the call to the airline instead of me and helped me with the rebooking process. And then when we had already left and were at the airport in Saigon I received an email from the hotel with a photo of my wife’s diamond earring which she lost and wasn’t even aware of. They organized shipping of the earrings to our hotel in Hanoi and I just can’t explain how grateful and amazed we are. Hotel and hotel grounds are really beautiful, but what makes this hotel so special is the people working there.

+ 10-20 minutes walk to the main tourist attractions in Hoi An's Old Town. But located just on the edge of Old Town so very quiet and there are fewer motorbikes beeping their horns. + Many eateries, spas, shops within easy walking distance (flat). + Very friendly staff keen to help and resolve any issues. + Breakfast included some nice touches like gravlax, smoked duck breast, Vietnamese sweets. + Homely, old fashioned family vibe. Seems to appeal to an older clientele which might not suit younger guests. + Very thoughtful card and cake provided to celebrate our special occasion. + Complimentary shuttle bus to the beach.

- Probably wouldn't call it a luxury hotel and a bit expensive. - Spa prices are high - outside of the hotel there is a range of better priced spas. - We were by the pool for a few hours and there does not seem to be poolside service - have to go up to the bar to order food and drinks. - We were lucky to have a room looking out towards Old Town but noticed that at the back of the hotel there is some construction. Ask for a room at the front of the hotel.

The hotel was perfectly situated in Hoi An, as the title of the hotel says it is indeed a little bit of luxury in the centre of everything and just a short walk for all that you need that included shops, markets and the river. The hotel rooms were amazing. We had a little suite and it had everything that we wanted and staff would come daily and replenish everything that you wanted. The pool was open all day and most of the evening which gave us the flexibility to use it after a long day out. when we were there, it had plenty of sun lounges and there was a pool bar there too. They even served food to your lounges The restaurant food was excellent, although when we were there very quiet. They do give you 25% off all meals and the cost of the mail was good value. There is also a discount offered to the spa. I and my family used the spa a couple of times, perfectly situated on the lower floor alongside a good kitted out gym very much worth a visit to both. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! So much choice and such good quality of food. In particular, I would like to make a special mention of three most wonderful people that helped us and was genuinely kind. Nancy, Sophie and Brian at reception and on the front door were amazing. Nothing was a problem for them.

This is a tricky one, but if I had to give feedback, it would be that the pool bar needed to be staffed more as we had to keep going in to find staff to order drinks. We did not find this in issue however it would’ve been a lot easier if there was someone at the bar at all times.

We both absolutely loved our week at Allegro Hotel! Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated and well equipped. All the staff were outstanding and we especially loved Yelena in the restaurant and Sophie at Reception. The manager was a lovely lady and she took time to get to know each of the guests. We were also impressed to see her helping the staff in the dining room and interacting with everyone. It was obvious that this hotel places emphasis on team work. There are great bonuses at the hotel too, such as free bicycles, a shuttle to and from An Bang beach, free beds and umbrellas at the beach, a 20% discount at Little Fiefo restaurant etc. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows, and a good shower. Close to the centre of town, nice shaded pool area which must be a Godsend when the temperatures soar in Vietnam. The list goes on and on! The hotel was excellent value for money too and hopefully when we return to Hoi An again this is where we’ll stay!

There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like!

The property was very well located to the old town, but at the same time in a quiet street, just off the main road.

Our mattress was nớt particularly comfortable. Buffet breakfast food: a lot of the hot food, mainly the steamed options were not hot. Burners always seemed to not be working. No local l information or maps in the rooms. No Netflix!! Every other hotel we stay in this trip to Vietnam had Netflix . Just provides some entertainment on wet days ( which we had a lot of !) I had a great spa experience, which was followed up with one that wasn’t so great! Some consistent training may be in order.

The hotel is cozy and beautifully decorated - has an old world charm that I loved. good spa facilities - very spacious great breakfast spread good location in a quieter area of old town but can easily access all the sites and great restaurants by foot

the staff were a bit cold and robotic - the reception staff member that checked us in was very obviously unwell, sniffling throughout the convo. we also had 3 different people pester us to sign up for their Xmas dinner and events. When checking out, we were rudely told that we need to pay for a coffee mug (which was chipped as I dropped it). completely appreciate paying for it but could’ve been more polite about communicating this. gym - facility itself is ok but please do get rid of the Arnold Schwarzenegger muscular pics! not inclusive at all. spa - I wasn’t told I need to book this in advance. reception should’ve mentioned. also feels a bit silly that both sauna and steam room areas are booked for one person.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the perfect location to the old town of Hoi An - walking distance. Great breakfast selections and pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff went the extra mile to celebrate my birthday with decorations and a nice cake. Thank you :)

The walls are a bit thin but bearable when guests with kids are not too noisy. Overall, not much to complain about.

The Allegro Hoi An is hands down the best hotel we've stayed in during our Vietnam trip, and is actually one of the best hotels we've stayed in anywhere in the world. We have never stayed anywhere where we have been treated so well - like family. All the staff were exceptional, and particularly Min, who greeted us every day at breakfast, made bookings for us and gave us excellent suggestions. The staff remembered our names - we were a group of ten friends travelling and we did not expect them to do this. The check in was amazing - we were seated and brought drinks and snacks while the check in process came to us. The breakfast is excellent. Fresh, so many choices. The breads and pastries are excellent quality. The Asian selection was varied and great quality. We were there in the bar daily for cocktails, which were great. On our last day we ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Our experience at the Allegro was exceptional.

Our second stay at this fabulous hotel everything was perfect from the minute we were collected from the airport to the time we left. Allegro hotel's staff are impeccable from reception through to housekeeping. There is nothing was too much trouble. The selection for breakfast was delicious. I must say we had so many choices that it made it difficult to choose each morning. Due to a couple of rainy days, we also managed to use the room service menu of an evening, you could get quite comfortable staying in of a night. Thank you, too, everyone at Allegro, for making our stay special.
