Hotel is very nice, clean, in great location - close to the see, but on the same time in the hotel area you don't here music etc from the street. I would give 10 on rate, BUT.. Very strange on the arrival they asking to make a COPY YOUR CREDIT CARD... as deposit for minibar etc; in year 2024 when almost all hotels charging and returning deposits, this hotel lives somewhere in "the past". I am not sure if I would reserve the room on booking if would be written on hotel policy "we are coping credit cards on arrival" ....

The hotel was immaculately clean, both in the public areas and the suites. The cleanest I have ever seen. Our suite was lovely, with a very large deck and great jacuzzi. The pool warm with no shallow end in the main section of the pool (what a great idea). Plenty of loungers. A quiet vibe. Although there is no bar or restaurant on site, the staff will order very reasonably priced snacks and drinks for you from the cafe just outside. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and the beach is just down the hill (with escalators for the climb back up). The staff are great. Will definitely return.

My only very small quibble was that the mattresses were not the best: sagged a little in the middle. Still slept fine though.

As soon as we arrived the staff were very friendly, attentive and answered all of our questions. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was quite small but most days we had this to ourselves, as the beaches were a short walk away as well as activities to do. The mini spa was lovely and we enjoyed a few hours in there to relax and chat. I really could not fault this hotel at all. Friends are going to book with their families and our girls trip will 100% be at Flamingo Boutique Suites. Thank you for an amazing holiday and see you next year.

There was nothing to dislike

We loved how quiet it was , away from the noisy street outside . Room 201 got full sun on the balcony until 6.30pm which we enjoyed an evening drink on . Most days we had the pool to ourselves and we could always get a sun lounger.

There are only 3 pillows in the bed which found it strange given most people like a couple , and they were very lumpy and felt disintegrated, very uncomfortable so I would suggest an upgrade to the pillows as the duvet is a nice feather quality one .

From the minute we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the lovely and helpful lady on reception. She showed us to our apartment which had great views of Costa Adeje and the sea. She explained where everything was and how to work things within the apartment. She left us to settle in and later came back with a complimentary bottle of cava which was a nice touch. The pool area was very clean and tranquil, so lovely to relax with comfy sunbeds and a fairly big pool. We will definitely be cooking back, we are coming over for Christmas but unfortunately there is no availability, however next year we shall definitely book again!

Not many dislikes at all. Only thing was that the hotel bar was not open due to the time of year (End of January). It would of been nice to have a drink round the pool but no big issue really.

Beautiful, clean, well presented, and well equipped apartments in the perfect location. We particularly liked the beds - many hotels now have twin beds pushed together as standard, but we had actual kingsize beds, so comfortable. The small complex itself was quiet and peaceful - we often had the pool to ourselves. Yet everything was on the doorstep, literally minutes to some great restaurants and bars, the beach, and shopping. We felt so relaxed the entire time. The staff were all lovely and helpful. We are already thinking of our next trip to Tenerife and will definitely consider staying here again.

Wow. Absolutely fantastic accommodation right in the middle of Costa Adeje. We had a suite with pool which was equipped to a very high specification overlooking the sea which was lovely. The team on reception (Vanessa, Ana & Eugenia) were extremely helpful and the new food/drink delivery service either poolside or to your suite was really handy. Have already recommended to my sister (who is super fussy) who has booked for next year

Nothing, it was fantastic

The staff was very helpful and friendly, also upfront. We really liked the size of the rooms and the enormous balcony with sea view. Great towel service. Very clean accommodation, nice heated pool with children’s toys available. Kitchen complete.

Having a room at the sea side had a major drawback: the street noise, mainly from all (drunk) tourists. A big difference with the apartments at the back of the property (but these lack the views ;-). Also, we only made use of the swimming pool about 30 mins a day, but we disliked the behavior that many hotel guests during our stay ‘reserved’ their pool seat all day long with towels, and never came back (not before 5.30h PM at least). Or they were too lazy to bring their towel back to their room… who knows.

The Suite was absolutely stunning, massive, & so luxurious but all for a very reasonable price. We stayed in the suite with the private pool which was great, again just felt very luxurious as if we’d paid thousands to be here. The main pool area was also very nice, and given That it’s is in quite a busy area and opposite quite a loud & lively area, was very quiet & peaceful. The staff were all so friendly & helpful. Couldn’t fault the place at all.

Personal preference here only, the location for me was the only downside. Being used to staying in las americas, along the golden mile, I didn’t quite like this area as much but that in no way ruined my stay. Would still highly recommend this beautiful suite.

We loved our recent stay here and our apartment was so spacious and luxurious. It’s a good location and a few minutes from all the restaurants and the beach. Thank you for such a lovely stay, we will be back next Easter.

Not a fault of the hotel but just be aware, we had a room at the front near the road, which was lovely for sea views but there is a very loud cabaret bar across the street which doesn’t quieten down till gone midnight. Great if you are out partying to late anyway but we found it hard to sleep most nights until the singing stopped. If you’re a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs to drown out the very loud singers.
