The staff were so nice they took amazing care of us. The room was perfect size, very clean and clean towels were brought in daily for us. The pool and hot tube were spotless, perfect temperature with a great view. The breakfast was hot, great variety and always full. VERY ORGANIZED AND CLEAN! We stayed four nights and spent the same amount on other very poor hotels and our stays were half that. So I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Hill City SD. Thank you for making our vacation that much better.

We enjoyed the entire experience, from check-in to check-out. Front desk staff very professional and courteous. Room was excellent, first time we actually stayed in a room with 3 queen beds to our delight, which made for restful evenings Hotel has close proximity to several restaurants and attractions. We loved our stay.

We got the triple queen suite. My daughter and her husband joined my husband and myself so we appreciated the extra bedroom with a closing door. Great room and nice large bathroom. Comfy beds. Breakfast was meh. The eggs were fine when they were scrambled but yuccy when they were fold-over with American cheese inside. Waffles were good. Only fruit was yellowish greenish oranges. So why the 10 rating? We got what mattered - clean, comfy, friendly service and convenience.

I had a triple queen room which was wonderful traveling with 3 teenagers. Having a breakfast with variety each morning was great. The hotel was very accommodating and the room was quiet, not too much hallway noise.

The breakfast area could have a few more tables to accommodate the number of guests.

Location! Room was good...a bit dated, but overall a good stay. Bed was comfy, room was quiet and we had a great few nights!.

Overall, nothing to complain about. Room was good and location was great! The pillows could use a freshening up and it would be good to update TVs to allow streaming services.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good and at a good hour. The staff were also very nice and pleasant.

My only problem was the amount of bleach that was added to the pool. My daughters wanted to go swimming and we couldn’t stay for more than 30 min from how bad my eyes were burning from all the bleach in the water. They need to regulate that

The breakfast choices didn't have a great variety. For example, the menu was only eggs and sausage. No hardboiled eggs offered, no oatmeal or fresh fruit (cut), and was very predictable. Not enough seating. Breakfast could be improved overall with more choices, variety.

Coffee had a good taste. Bed was comfortable. Towels felt softish. Staff was nice

No water pressure in shower. I think shower head limed over. Felt like I needed to run around in circles in the shower to get wet. Also the tub was slippery. Not great. Eggs were not good, sausage cold, no fresh fruit, not a lot of options. However the coffee had a good taste.

We liked the comfortable beds and AC. The hotel was pretty well seperated so there wasn't a ton of noise out in the hallways at night. Everything was clean and the place felt new and modern. Would suggest you to stay here. We'll be back probably!

I don't have much to say about that was bad about this place. The breakfast was very plain, typical continental American breakfast. It wouldn't take much to upgrade that for the cost of the stay. It was a bit busy at times.
