The staff went out of their way to accommodate our baby and play pen by providing us a slightly larger room on the quiet side of the hotel. This made the visit incredibly nice. The room was very clean, comfortable, well decorated, and quiet. The high ceilings on the second floor with a view of the trees was great. The location is perfect for accessing places in Keystone, like the boardwalk, and has quick easy access to Mt Rushmore. We would definitely use the Ramada by Wyndham Keystone Near Mt Rushmore again.

We'd love if they provided free breakfast, but not necessary. The parking can get crowded at night on a busy summer night and we had to park a ways away.

We arrived close to 11:00 at night and we were able to get right in and take all of our belongings to our room. Our room was absolutely huge ! We couldn't believe it! The beds were a little bit too soft for our liking as were our pillows but we still had a good night's sleep. It is extremely conveniently located to many of the different Parks such as Mount Rushmore and the downtown area. It was clean and the shower was amazing! We were traveling for a month and had all of our belongings with us and everything fit in our room and then some. It was twice as big as most hotel rooms that we have seen. The staff was extremely friendly when we checked in as well as when we checked out and everyone was very helpful. We were really only there to shower and sleep and reorganize our bags and took everything with us when we checked out the next morning.

I am pleased with how clean and maintained the property is. The parking lot could be a little bigger but besides that I have nothing bad to say about it. The staff and s absolutely amazing. I have to give a shout out to Nitsa, she went above and beyond for us. We stayed 1 night then went back for 2 more nights the next weekend. Not only did Nitsa remember us but she remembered why we were there. The hotel is a drive off the highway but for this reason I will always go back there. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Nitsa!!

The small parking lot

Initially we were put in a very small room with beds filling most of the room. Staff person Amber was VERY accommodating and found us a beautiful room. When we moved we loved it. Also only one chair and we both wanted to sit. Mgr Steven (I think) personally brought us another chair within 5 mins.

The property being near Mt Rushmore & other interesting sights to visit. The morning breakfast was great to start our day.

The room that we were in, looked clean and inviting…but the closer you look, there were dust build up on the bed platform (where we lay our heads)…it didn’t help with my cold & my son’s nasal/allergy.

We loved that it was right in the heart of keystone. The drive to Mt Rushmore was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and check in and check out was fast.

The only issue we found was the ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work and the pool made the hallways very hot and smelled like chlorine and parking for hotel was taken up by non hotel guest. And the shower pull knob kept getting stuck.

The room and property were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, right at the end of main street. You can explore and eat with an easy walk.

NO HOT WATER. We were there for 3 days, and I was able to take one hot shower. My wife and daughters were able to take one hot bath. They were very sad.

The parking lot was full when we came back so we left to go see other things and came back 2 hours later. It is understandable since everyone wants to check out the town but scared me... thought we would have to go down further or across the street. But all in all... it was a good trip.

I forgot my glasses by the bed. Called later that day (we had moved on). They had them. Took my info including credit card number and said they would send them. A week later nothing so I called and the same gal said she would talk with the manager and call back. Nothing. I did this 3 times and still no glasses! On top of all this my credit was used by someone else to book plane tickets! Very disappointed. We stayed there the night of Sept 9. I called on sept 10, etc. It is now Nov 6.

Loved location to all of downtown events. Would recommend highly to all who need referral. I will definitely stay here again!

The room seemed to be dampish and cooling unit didn't seem to dry it out in room and maybe that's just how it is in the mountain air. It was in 80s every day there so thought things would've dried out a bit!
