It was close to the boardwalk, but yet far enough way to get away from the action. It was spacious, had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. The beds were comfortable. The shower worked great. Had a balcony which was nice to use. The ice machines worked great. Had vending machines to purchase items. Great parking location to get into our room. We enjoyed staying here and would do it again.

The positioning of the air conditioner, it would blow on my head at night. Maybe more blankets, better pillows. Also we were there for 6 nights and no asking us if we wanted clean sheets. Had to go ask for our own clean towels, and extra toilet paper. Had no way of calling down to front desk. The fan on the ceiling can't be used because it jiggles almost off the ceiling. Also not to complain but need new blow dryers, or them serviced as it wouldn't work like it should. Curtains need to be put up better, need to be fixed, and the fire alarm was dangling from ceiling.

Liked the location. Room was very nice.

The breakfast LOOKED like it would be good but there was a handwritten sign above the biscuit tray saying they were out of biscuits and after making a waffle in the waffle maker, I found out there was no butter. So, no butter for the waffles or toast or bagels, etc. We went down to breakfast the next morning…. Same sign about the biscuits, still no butter and in addition, the Raisen Bran dispenser was empty. My husband ran a chain of restaurants for 25 years and he said that all they needed to do was either go to the store, buy butter, buy a huge bag of Raisen Bran, buy several cans of biscuits and solve the problem. If that was not allowed, call one of the other hotels and borrow the items you need. Obviously the breakfast people in charge didn’t care!!

My husband and I loved our four night stay here! We adventured all over the area and it was so nice to come back to The Baymont at the end of the day for a fantastic nights sleep. I have bad back issues and I usually dread hotel beds more than anything but your bed were fabulous!! There was so much room and the view from the balcony was unsurpassed!! Will definitely stay again someday!!

There were only a couple minor issues but understandable with typical hotel wear and tear. Like the outer, yes outer, vanity area light was out. Had to wiggle the handle to flush the toilet but that’s it!!

we loved the pool area, breakfast area kept nicely as was very busy, the location was awesome, the fridge in the room worked amazingly, tv reception and channel choices were great

The parking proximity to rooms on that side of the building could've been better, felt there should be more, i didn't like that the alarm clock was broken so it was useless, when turning on the showerhead the water still came out of the bottom tap so the water pressure i'm sure could've been better if that were fixed, beds/mattresses weren't very comfortable, went right through them and we're average sized lol, the hallway floorboards are pretty loud as you walk on them so when people more than walked on them they were super loud, enough to wake you, our towels had stains, people upstairs were really loud and could be heard easily with their walking/bumps

I like the location, It's on the hill. It's not too far from Mount Rushmore Monument. I can view the Mount Rushmore Monument from hotel. Many parking spaces are available for free. Showering is good. Good hot and cold water. I like the two outdoor round tables with fireplace.

Our room #270 doesn't have a chair. Hotel should provide at least a chair to each room. Some towels are not too white. Should replace old towels with new.

Room was small, but comfortable. Would have preferred just a single queen bed. The Mexican fellow who fixed our TV was great and gave me a chance ot practice my Spanish!

No creamer or sugar for the coffee in the room. We stayed two nights but nobody changed the bed sheets or towels in the bathroom. Room was awfully small - I've stayed in Super 9's with larger rooms.

The staff was so amazing, you get a great view and don't hear all the trafic going through keystone. We had a bunk bed room which was awesome for our two kiddos we brought.

The pillows were slightly uncomfortable I would suggest bringing your own. And we stayed for 5 days and someone didn't come to help pick up the trash or change out linens. Once we talked to front desk they did get us new towels!

Great views at top of hill and oversees the town of keystone.Our check in was smooth and such a nice front desk person and he later lit our fire pit table for us.Wonderful pool and hot tub that got busy.decent breakfast with breakfast burritos 🌯 and muffins and cereal and toast.Good coffee.

We had first floor and our room faced parking lot so window was right there.We had people looking in,we had to close window and dark room. We liked the queen bed and bunk beds but tiny bathroom and slow draining tub.

Great location, didn't realize I booked a larger room with a couch, 2 TV's and a balcony. It wasa PERFECT one night on our way to the Tetons with 2 teenagers!

There was an older gentleman that came in yelling about not having room service and demanding someone come clean his room right then...I know the standard is now to onky clean upon request but he clearly didn't. I tried to help the staff and explain that it became industry standard years ago, but he said he was never told that. I didn't pay attention because I know that, but sine hotels put a sticker on the bathroom mirror or tell you at check in...while it didn't effect me, it REALLY upset him. So maybe just better communication on that.

Nice room

The "hot" breakfast consisted of pancakes every day, along with bread/toast, bagels, yogurt, instant Oatmeal, cereal, frozen breakfast burritos, coffee, tea and juice. Everyday was the same thing. Needed to have eggs and sausage or bacon. Elevator was not working for 3 days and didn't know there was a second elevator until the last day we were there. Housekeeping did not clean rooms (take out trash or bring clean towels, had to take out own trash and get clean non smelly towels ourself). Bathtub faucet leaked.
