Location to Mount Rushmore.

First place we have stayed and there wasn't a small bar of soap by the bathroom sink. I guess we were supposed to go back down to the office and get some. My husband is 84 and I am 90 and climbing to the 2nd floor one time was all we could manage after traveling over 400 miles to get to the Hotel. All Hotels should upgrade their bathroom stools to the taller version, as it is difficult to sit down and then get up with not even a grab bar to help us.

I liked the ease of getting in and out. Close to some restaurants. Close to Mt. Rushmore and other attractions. Quiet. We lived the sack breakfast. It was great to have water and juice on our touring, as well as a snack. It was clean, well equipped.

The doors could use something, so they don't slam when you go in the room.

The ladies at the desk were attentive and very personable. My request for a 1st-floor room was eagerly accommodated. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfy. The pillows were even comfortable! The hotel is close to local shops and attractions and just minutes from the Mount Rushmore Monument site. We would stay again if we go that way in the future.

There were children in the room above us that were very disrespectful, running and jumping very loudly. After asking the front desk to intervene, the loud noises from above stopped for the most part. We were offered another room away from them but declined and it all worked out.

It was right at the bottom of Mount Rushmore. Only drawback was stairs for me as there were no elevators but worth the price and place to stay. Centralized location great access to many things. Staff friendly and helpful. Would return anytime.

Not facility or locations fault but some eating places were closed in the area due to tourist season dates. Had to go back and forth to rapid city to eat

The beds were comfortable, shower was hot, clean.

We stayed for 2 nights and every time we went out and came back the card to open the door didn't work, kept having to get them activated(3 times). Light in the building went off a few times and when asked the front desk they said this happens once in awhile.

The room was clean. The location is the best asset. Close to the local restaurants and shops. Live music was playing outdoor across the street on Sat evening. Just a quick drive to Mt. Rushmore(5 min)

Staying on the 3rd floor and only have stair access was a bit rough during the high heat and hauling luggage but doable. Rooms could use an update. Breakfast selection was limited but suffice.

It was quiet and close to everything. The bed was comfortable

The carpet felt damp needs to be replaced. The person next door kept letting the door slam but that’s not hotel’s fault.

The lady at the front desk was great. I loved the area. Room was clean and comfortable.

I would've liked the front desk to be open sooner than 8. Or at least have coffee before 8. More channels for the television.

Clean comfortable room. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Located next to a strip mall with a variety of food and souvenirs. Just a couple miles from Mt Rushmore.

The location was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a guest laundry.

The breakfast was grab a bag, so not the best. It was a good snack for later
