Location, amazing friendly staff, close proximity to town and the monuments. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Rooms were well kept, beds were amazingly comfortable and amenities were clean, adequate and worked perfectly

The ONLY things that were "drawbacks" were the checking in was done at an adjacent facility, I noticed plywood outside of maintenance access doors on the ground to prevent that entrance from becoming muddy or tracking a lot of mud in etc so it was an esthetic thing more than anything else. One door entrance needs trim finished on the sill, but NONE of this would ever prevent me from recom.ending this place.

Was a good place to stay for 5 nights for 2 couples. Kitchen had the basics as far as kitchenware and the oven and frig worked, although the frig kept freezing things even after adjusting it. Previous reviews accurately described the property as overgrown with grass and weeds but someone was there cleaning it up while we stayed. Place was clean and they provided cleaning service every other day. We would stay again and recommend it to others.

Loved the apartment! Made our 3 night stay easier and saved some money by doing crockpot meals with having a kitchen area. Location was perfect for doing 3 day trips between all the national parks and Mount Rushmore.

Property was not well maintained. Weeds overgrown and yard needed mowed. Dead trees. Treadmill didn’t work. Small workout room with very light dumbbells.

Location, accommodations, we needed at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and this worked well for us to have two apartments across the hallway from each other. .it was quiet in the evenings. The breakfast was good each morning.

The beds were not queen size as advertised, they were full size beds.

Breakfast was very good although it was exact the same all 6 mornings. Pancake or waffle once would have been nice. Also Front desk communicated to me that since we had to leave before 6:30, Continental breakfast would be set out for us, but that word did not get to the nice guy setting out the breakfast so we started our 44.5 Mickelson trail ride without breakfast. Communication is important.

The apartment was comfortable enough but very minimally stocked. No dish rags or towels. No peeler. We did have fun trying to figure out how to get by with so little kitchen equipment.

The breakfast was great! The staff was very polite and tolerant of children and well-mannered pets (in specific buildings)! The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and well maintained. The suite offered a lovely kitchen and two separate bedrooms. The location was in close proximity to the numerous sites we visited.

The location was great. The property was clean and very spacious. This was the perfect spot when traveling with a family. The breakfast area looked large but we did not go over for breakfast since it was in the Best Western building next door, as were the pools also.

Upon arrival at the suites, there was no directions on where to check in. After walking around the property, another guest who had the same issues upon arrival, told me that check in was at the Best Western desk next door. Even though the check in clerk made it clear to me that it gave directions on the website, there still should be some signage at the suites.

Whole apartment. Tv in each room. Full kitchen. Indoor pool. (Shared with BestWestern) Comfortable beds.

Shared pool with BestWestern. Kitchen utensils in bad shape. Breakfast could use more options. One of two dryes out of order. A/C only in living room, ceiling fans in bedrooms. Check in procedure not clear at all, have to go through neighboring BestWestern.

Breakfast was great. A lot of options. Glad I read on another post to go to the Best Western or I would have had no idea where to check in.

Not sure how you would fix it, but you could hear people upstairs walking g around. Horrible creaking sound.

The kids loved the pools. We loved that we had separate rooms for sleeping. We could put the 2 year old asleep and stay up a little later.

I didn’t realize that we needed to check in at the hotel. We figured it out quickly, and it was super easy.
