Breakfast was very good although it was exact the same all 6 mornings. Pancake or waffle once would have been nice. Also Front desk communicated to me that since we had to leave before 6:30, Continental breakfast would be set out for us, but that word did not get to the nice guy setting out the breakfast so we started our 44.5 Mickelson trail ride without breakfast. Communication is important.

The apartment was comfortable enough but very minimally stocked. No dish rags or towels. No peeler. We did have fun trying to figure out how to get by with so little kitchen equipment.

The location was great. The property was clean and very spacious. This was the perfect spot when traveling with a family. The breakfast area looked large but we did not go over for breakfast since it was in the Best Western building next door, as were the pools also.

Upon arrival at the suites, there was no directions on where to check in. After walking around the property, another guest who had the same issues upon arrival, told me that check in was at the Best Western desk next door. Even though the check in clerk made it clear to me that it gave directions on the website, there still should be some signage at the suites.

Whole apartment. Tv in each room. Full kitchen. Indoor pool. (Shared with BestWestern) Comfortable beds.

Shared pool with BestWestern. Kitchen utensils in bad shape. Breakfast could use more options. One of two dryes out of order. A/C only in living room, ceiling fans in bedrooms. Check in procedure not clear at all, have to go through neighboring BestWestern.

The kids loved the pools. We loved that we had separate rooms for sleeping. We could put the 2 year old asleep and stay up a little later.

I didn’t realize that we needed to check in at the hotel. We figured it out quickly, and it was super easy.

My family and I just spent a week in Hill City and the location of this hotel space was amazingly close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The staff were great, the indoor and outdoor pool options were a bonus and the breakfast served each morning was perfect to get us going in the morning before our next adventure. It's difficult finding a space for a family of 5 and this space fit the bill perfectly with 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room and a kitchen to boot. Also the convenience of a grocery store within walking distance. We purchased some groceries to make sandwiches for our long hikes and have a meal in the room if we wanted to take a break from restaurants. Definitely a place to visit.

Hahaha, I told the staff when I was checking out that my only complaint was the timing of the sprinklers they had in the grassy area to get back to the pool. They came on very early evening, like 7:00pm. I had to play frogger to get back to our room from the pool (I was dry, so wasn't excited about getting wet).

Location was perfect. The views from our cabin were gorgeous. The horseback riding was excellent as was the ATV rentals!! The staff at both were impeccable!

Our air conditioner was frozen when we got to the cabin. My husband turned on the fan to begin thawing it; however the front desk called a maintenance worker to look at it and apparently he or she turned on the cool setting. It was a total block of ice when we returned to the cabin. It took quite a while for us to be able to use it. Also the mattress on the pullout couch was horrible. The springs were poking out making it unusable for our grandson. No sheets or blankets were provided for it either. I went to housekeeping asking for a mattress topper, sheets and blankets. No mattress topper available. Luckily I had a couple of quilts i could use to put on top of the mattress. Please replace the mattresses. For the nightly cost it could have been more comfortable.

Suites are a nice size, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space when needed. The full kitchen allowed us to prepare our own home cooked meals, rather than being forced to spend a TON of money at the over-priced area restaurants.

Breakfasts were ok, but a bit lacking. A little more variety would be nice; such as, muffins, donuts, waffles, etc. Some of the power receptacles in the suites could be upgraded to the kind that include USB connections; these days, you can never have enough USB connections. The shower heads are REALLY low; being a tall person, it was a bit difficult to rinse the shampoo/conditioner out of my hair.

Liked the amount of room. Living area very comfortable. Nice kitchen area, but did not use it. The showe. was hot and had better than average pressure. .

Pull out bed was poor, it was not very comfortable at all. The bed dipped down on both top and bottom, up in the middle. Could provide newer hideabed with better mattress.

As a family of 5 with 2 adult children, the suite was perfect for us. We had brought a lot of food along and having a full sized fridge was perfect.

I can’t think of anything currently. My husband said the outdoor pool was over-chlorinated. But nothing major we can think of

It was ok, but could use some updating of furniture. I did fall or step back and trip over a rock they have holding the door open.
