I like the bed and linens it was very comfortable. The staffs were amazing ! I like that it’s located in a very convenient location, food , gas and convenient stores are just walkable. I like that it’s mid sized hotel. The room was clean.

Maybe it will be nice if there was variation with the way the food was served for example sausage and egg today for proteins and maybe something else for the next day let’s every other day they rotate the proteins. I like the coffee it was very good! Another thing, the aircon didn’t work so we opened the window at the second floor so we can get the cold air inside our room. Other than that I have nothing else to say. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality!!!

Location was good for Mt. Rushmore , Crazy Horse and other attractions. Breakfast was GREAT! Small town atmosphere. Not super touristy.

Stayed at Highline (1 bedroom suites across the street from Everspring) could use some maintenance in bathroom and exterior. Not a big deal, but had to walk across street each morning for breakfast. But, it was worth it.

Nice facilities. Location was excellent. Only a short distance from Mt Rushmore. Nice breakfast. Breakfast lady was very nice, helpful and competent. She kept supplies and food filled. Liked having a backdoor that went straight from room to parking lot.

breakfast was good, but would have liked some plain rolled oats instead of the sugary type and prefer skim or fat free milk, but overall it was very good.

very clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay. hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. We really appreciated all the facilities including the guest laundry, continental breakfast, all day coffee, ice machine, and convenient parking in front of our room. the rooms were also very spacious, well stocked bathrooms, and comfortable beds.

we stayed in two different rooms during our stay. the only problem we encountered was weak wifi signal in the first room, and the toilet in both rooms would make a loud flushing noise about every hour. Otherwise the stay here was awesome and we would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in Hill City.

Clean, rooms were large enough to not have to side step around the beds. Apparent that new ownership was investing in the property. Some 1st floor rooms had private entrances which was nice. Checkout was noon, which is an hour later than typical.

Parking for campers or other large vehicles could be a challenge if they are busy.

This hotel was excellent!! The views were great, the staff was great, the facilities were great!! The room was clean, the pool area was clean, the lobby was clean, the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and the views were great!! I would definitely come back to this hotel. Hill City is beautiful and this was our first time there, we absolutely would come back and stay here again.

Nothing, we liked everything about our stay. The only downside would be there is no elevator, and for some that is needed for accessibility reasons. However, we overheard the staff offering any assistance needed to a couple in need of special access to the second floor. This was exceptional!!

Hello, good afternoon, in general, we had a great time, the wonderful staff, the food, the views, the attention, the cleanliness, the only thing we would like to suggest is that the hot tub had a lot of chlorine and you can hardly even enjoy the rest was very good for sure one day we will return

Rooms were really clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked that I was able to park right in front of my room on the ground floor and then I had both inside and outside access to the room.

The first night, the person above us was noisy, walking back-and-forth in their room all night. It was hard for me to sleep. The next two nights stay were very quiet and comfortable though.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating? .I was concerned that there was no elevator and I use a cane. I'd thought I'd specified a first floor room but we'd been booked in a 2nd floor room. But they immediately switched rooms with no problem. The breakfast was good. Room wss clean, beds comfy, shower was wonderful, parking was very convenient and, nd no matter what time we came and left during the 4days/nights we were there we were always greeted by a friendly face. We'd definitely stay there

The breakfast has everything you need, maybe a bit cream cheese would be nice. The Staff is super friendly and very helpfull. Amanda is the best Manager I met in a Hotel. We stayed in this Hotel 3 times in the past 3 years and we are coming back for sure.
