The location was lovely, very quaint and pretty. We were pleasantly surprised with our room, which was one of 7 individual chalets set to one side of the courtyard. It was tastfully decorated with traditional decoration that was clean and minimal, also with its own shower room. Camilla was so welcoming and asked us as soon as we arrived what type of breakfast we would like and nailed down what time we were coming across to eat, so we all knew exactly what we were doing. We all have different tastes, and yet she cooked us all our own, individual varied, and tasty breakfasts. We needed a later checkout and prior to our arrival that was all arranged and sorted out. The farm is situated very close to Birmingham airport, so the planes landing and taking off are noisy. But you quickly get used to that. Thank you so much for being so accommodating, we would definitely recommend your B&B.
Nothing.

Beautiful farm yard setting on a lovely country lane, yet within walking distance of the NEC, railway station and even airport. The lady that runs it is friendly and helpful. Nice peaceful countryside setting apart from the aeroplanes taking off. Breakfast was served in the farm house's dining room. It was tasty but the full English was not available on all mornings. It's a working farm with horses in the stables around the square yard.
It's a decent walk to the NEC which is fine if you're fit and the weather is ok. Not so much if you've been on your feet all day or it's cold and raining! There are aeroplanes taking off right overhead every few minutes starting at 6am every morning! Parking and access for those with a car was pretty tight.

The location was ideal. Close to various amenities and easy to find. The room was perfectly suited to our needs with twin beds, bed side tables and tea making facilities. The ensuite bathroom had hot running water. The heating worked well in both the bathroom and the bedroom. Camilla, the hostess, was delightful. We had a nice chat with her after we'd arrived to arrange breakfast the following morning. She gave us a little bit of the history of the place. The breakfast was served in the main house. It was delicious!
The shower could be improved, as it's not very strong flow in the room we were in. But the water was warm and it was perfectly functional. The wet room was good overall nonetheless.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast room offered a pleasant environment to start the day with an adequate selection of continental breakfast items.
We booked our stay through booking.com which clearly stated a cooked breakfast was not offered although Church Farm’s website gave us hope that it would be! It was made clear though on arrival that sadly no ‘full English’ was available… our only disappointment! The breakfast provided was perfectly adequate but a greater selection would be nice. Fruit, cooked meats, cheeses, a variety of breads.

Title: A Cozy Retreat in Birmingham I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guest house in Birmingham, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. Location: The guest house is conveniently located close to the NEC, making it easy to explore the city. It’s just a short drive from local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which was perfect for our weekend getaway. Accommodation: Our room was spacious, clean, and decorated with a cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. We appreciated the little touches, like and a kettle for tea and coffee. Amenities: The guest house offered a lovely breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of options to suit and a selection of cereals made for a satisfying start to our days. Service: The owners were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions, which really enhanced our experience. Overall Experience: Our stay at this guest house was a highlight of our trip to Birmingham. It strikes the perfect balance between comfort and charm, making it a wonderful place to retreat after a day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and homey place to stay in the city! Rating: ★★★★★
The guesthouse all good, access to it, was a bit tricky owing to road diversions and signs of road closures Millie the guesthouse owner will provide information on how to proceed and navigate it

We loved the location. Very quiet and peaceful. It's a 15/20 minute walk to the resort world arena and birmingham international train station. And even if you need to take a taxi, it would still be cheaper to stay here, rather the other hotels nearer to the nec, including the taxi fare! :) The owner was great! She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to realise she owned horses and ponies was a bonus for me because I used to ride. I had a chance to meet the horses and ponies in the field as we was heading out to the bp pulse live to watch a concert. The room was brilliant. Very clean, cosy and comfortable, and because you're not in a hotel, you're not constantly hearing people walking past, knocking on doors, random shouting, and being woken up at all hours because of someone who "can't find their room". Breakfast was lovely. Nothing was too much for her and gave she us extra toast on request plus extra coffee and orange juice. If we will be coming for another concert, then we will definitely choose church farm accommodation again. Thankyou for your hospitality :))
Nothing......Everthing was perfect for us.

Having recently stayed at Church Farm B&B there were difficulties with road closures and diversions in place but it was well worth the trip. Milly did inform us with email, and her phone number prior if any problems with directions given. Milly also telephoned us before our arrival and offered to stay on the line to ensure we had no issues locating Church Farm. She couldn't of been more helpful. Room was very comfortable, clean and warm with soft bedding, microwave and kettle. Breakfast was really nice and would return. Excellent location for NEC & Airport. Loved petting the horses after breakfast.
Parking was a little snug when accommodation full.

I selected this property for an overnight in Birmingham when we attended the Motorhome Show at the NEC. We arrived late in the evening and our room (a converted stables) was warm and cosy. We had twin beds and they were really comfortable. It was lovely and quiet through the night and because the property is in the countryside it was nice and dark too, helping us sleep peacefully. You could hear aircraft passing overhead after 6am or so but it didn’t bother me as I find it easy to doze off again! The shower was nice and warm with decent water pressure and toiletries were provided. There was a heated towel rail and the towels were clean and fluffy. . It was very good value (we paid just under £100 for B&B) and breakfast was really excellent. The lady who runs the property was very friendly and helpful. Her Dad started the business in 1999 so it’s well established with a good reputation. It’s best suited to those with transport as there’s free parking available and it’s very close to the NEC. Having your own car would also mean easy access to some nice pubs etc nearby. It’s a lovely rural area despite being right beside a huge city! We paid £42 for our 2 taxis (from the airport and to the NEC) but it was still a good option for our visit.

Absolutely amazing! We loved every second and felt it was a home from home and Milly was so accommodating and the horses in the stables were a lovely surprise neighbour! Right next to NEC, walking distance 15mins, and very close to airport. But still a beautiful setting tucked away. Breakfast was lovely too. This was such good value for money.
Slight noise regarding the planes however the beds were so so comfy this made up for it. You can’t get any better being so close to the airport and the NEC. Will definitely want to come back.

A lovely place to stay, close to Birmingham airport and Birmingham International train station. It was a very good start to our holiday and made it possible for us to get away first thing in the morning for an early train. The room was good and the facilities were excellent. The owner was very helpful.
Nothing. It’s a good example of a small, independent place to stay, especially if you want to avoid staying in some of the more soulless chain hotels near the airport.
