Excellent breakfast. Great hotel. Had a very comfortable stay at the hotel.

Some noisy guests in adjacent rooms kept me up at night. Sound travels easily between rooms. During summer months, you cannot walk outside as there is nothing within walking distance.

Excellent location. Super close to the metro and very easy to access main locations (burj khalifa 10-15 minutes only). Excellent staff. Always super friendly. Received complimentery breakfast, which was super kind of them! Special thanks to robina, who helped me on various topics and is an excellent employee! Also want to give thanks to Agnes and Prasad, super friendly all the time. Totally recommend staying here. Stayed at a 5 star hotel before coming here and honestly this hotel was so much more worth considering price/value and friendliness of the staff.

Review: In 2023 when visiting Dubai, I stayed at the Tower Plaza Hotel. But that hotel is old and very dated and over packed. So for this trip (travelling with my 19year old son), I wanted a more modern hotel that ticked as many boxes as possible. Courtyard By Marriot ranked high on the list of reviews. Although, it is not located directly on Shiek Bin Zayed road, it is only just minutes away by foot to the World Trade Centre Metro station. We arrived very early and check-in time was 15:00hrs. I asked the lovely lady at the desk if there was any chance to get our room a bit earlier. She said she would try. Just a few minutes later, I was very surprised to receive the call that our room was ready! We were very tired and this saved us from hanging around for hours. The lobby layout is very good and smells sweet and fresh as does the rest of the hotel. The room was just right. It was clean and ready for us. (Thanks to (Abimd?) I loved the bathroom as it was spacious and had a separate shower. The water pressure was excellent. The room was a good size too with T.V and desk area with chairs. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bedroom lighting options was very good. Bedside lighting/sockets options were good too. Breakfast was nice and varied. . The kitchen service staff are very nice and accomodating and always ready to be of any assitance. Srijana welcomed us each morning with her lovely smile. The hotel staff in general were all very nice and went out of their way to help. The gym, pool area, sauna, rooftop bar facilities were all excellent. We had a very lovely two week stay at Courtyard By Marriot and would stay here again.

- The T.V did not have Netflix or YouTube which I thought it had as the advert on Booking.com mentioned "Satellite" Channels -which it did have, but I thought that included Netflix and YouTube. So, I had to use my small iPhone screen for two weeks. - Outside view wasn't too exciting as we were offset from Sheik Bin Zayed road. - The bathroom could do with some ventilation. - The food could be a little hotter. They should have a plate warmer. This would have helped. I had to leave my plate on the toaster to warm it up a little.

The room was excellent—clean and comfortable. The only minor downside was the view, which was just a wall and part of the back yard, but to be fair, no scenic view was promised. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very polite and attentive, which I truly appreciated.

However, I did notice a cockroach in the room, which was disappointing. Also, I found it a bit unusual that a staff member approached me during breakfast and started a conversation that lasted about 10 minutes. I understand he wanted to get feedback on my stay, but I had checked in very late the night before and was just trying to enjoy a quiet breakfast. It might be better to collect feedback at check-out, rather than interrupting a guest's meal.

My stay at the Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Centre in Dubai was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Every day, my room was meticulously cleaned, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was fantastic, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from my window. It was a real pleasure to wake up to such a stunning panorama each morning. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at the Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Centre, Dubai. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Dubai.

Despite my late check-in around 1-2 AM, I was promptly and efficiently assisted by the night receptionist, Mr. Mohammed, who ensured a smooth and hassle-free process. His courteous demeanor and willingness to help set a positive tone for my entire stay. The housekeeping staff were exemplary, consistently going above and beyond their duties. They visited daily to check on my well-being and inquire if I needed anything further, which I found incredibly thoughtful. The level of cleanliness maintained in my room was impeccable and exceeded my expectations. Overall, my stay was marked by outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere, making it an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and superior hospitality. I hope i will come there again soon.

- Exceptional staff: thank you Shaheryar for using the app to quickly book a taxi for me to get to the airport. separately, room service is great - towels provided and bed set very well. - Nice location: about 7 min walk from the non-tourist Dubai with lots of shops and restaurants that are open very late.

- Shower: getting out of the bathtub after a shower requires a big step. something is not right with the design. also the glass separating the bathtub/shower from the bathroom is only half resulting in shower water spilling into the rest of the bathroom. - Sink: bathroom sink design is bad. the chance of water you spit into the sink splashing back on your face/hands is very high. - No view from my room: I could see the street and people walking back and forth from the train station.
