The staff were nice, very helpful and attentive. Very good location of the hotel, literally in the middle of a town centre.

Very expensive parking outside costing me on top of the hotel fee £8.90 per day, not £5 as it's mentioned in the hotel description on Booking.com. Bed smell of dump in the bathroom, no place to hang your towels in the bathroom. The water kettle was broken and I had to wait until the late afternoon next day for another one, to be able to prepare myself some hot drinks which I had to go and buy it myself because wasn't available in the room. No tea bags or coffee provided by the property at all, none whatsoever. No tissue box provided as well.

I have previously stayed in multiple Medium to High End properties in the area for numerous years. I recently stayed in this property for the first time and I found it to be probably the best in Blackburn or even wider area. Its simply not pretentious at all, instead its super-cooperative, understanding and sympathetic to clients needs. What you see and read about the Property, is what you will come to find it to be - which makes it unique from the other branded ( but not up to the par ) properties in the region. During my stay I noticed that the owner has clearly paid a lot of attention to detail, to every single aspect of his Hotel to aid customers' needs, which makes it in my standalone.

The room was cozy and warm. There was WiFi provided and a lovely mounted tv with Netflix set up included. The private bathroom was perfect for a room for two and the location was great. Most likely will be staying here for another off night, would recommend.

There wasn’t a lot of bathroom products. Just 2in1 shower gel and toilet roll. Would be great if there was some extras in there like possibly soap bars or toothpaste with toothbrushes.

Great location and really simple self check in process. Someone was available to help with access to the property and also before and afterwards by text message. Comfy room with Netflix and en suite. Great value.

The floor outside the bathroom was wet when we arrived. This was however reported on check out and a quick response was received saying it would be looked into.

Central location, adjacent parking,quiet, clean., newly decorated, Prompt and patient intercom response,all good. Very good value.enclosed largely by offices so quiet morning and evening.

These are only observations, Entry initially by intercom, you need to register photo ID. Parking adjacent is free from 6 to 8am. Older conversion so stairs only..

The bed was comfortable shower worked well and room clean. Room was also made available to us earlier than expected which was a bonus

Bit of damp knocking around in the entrance area and on the ceiling in our room (room.5) we were put in the eaves so headroom was an issue

Very clean. Affordable. Close to venue. Comfortable. Close to amenities. Parking available for reasonable prices.

No negative comments would definitely book if I was going to blackburn for a night for venue or business.

It was a lovely clean and cosy room, and the price was an absolute steal; we will definitely book again.

Nothing bad at all really, although I found the stairs a bit tricky with mobility issues.

It was convenient to the georges hall,with having mobility issues,the rooms were good,and the staff were friendly and very helpful

Check in was quick & easy , Staff very helpful, Room was spacious and clean. Bed was really comfortable would definitely stay again.

Parking is only free between 6PM and 8AM
