The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I had made a booking error online for my return trip. He immediately found a quick, optimal solution for me online via Flixbus, wrote me directions to the bus station, and even looked for a taxi. I've traveled several times before, but I haven't experienced such helpfulness in other hotels with higher stars. Questions were answered promptly, and I was even able to check out later without any problems. The room was cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and I didn't miss anything.I felt in excellent hands; everything went so smoothly. If I attend another event nearby, I'll be happy to come back.

I was very much surprised both by the hotel and specially by the staff. I arrived in the evening and was welcomed quite cordially at the front reception by the receptioneist Gabriela. She helped me very much not only with the accomodation but also explined me very well the important places in the neighbourhood. Due to her help I was very well oriented. The breakfast on the next morning was fine. The Stil Hotel is an exellend hotel for people who like cozy places, but dont insist on some stupid luxuries. By the way, taxies arrive very fast to the Stil Hotel as well. A cluster of parks is close to the hotel - not more than 15 minutes walking (I mean really walking and not running). By the way in the park You can visit several restaurants with very good cusine and kind staff. The Romanians are very kind and quite cordial. It was a pleasure to contact the local people.

As a whole the Stil Hotel is pretty good. It coevers all the necessary conditions for a four star hotel.

One of the highlights was the convenient 24/7 check-in — I arrived at 2 a.m., and the process was incredibly quick and hassle-free. Parking is municipal and located right in front of the building, which was free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., making it very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. On one occasion, they even prepared a custom plate for me based on my selection, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was compact yet very comfortable, with all the essential amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.

Room was cosy and clean, the bathroom was spacious. It was quiet, no noise was coming from the street. The minibar prices were very reasonable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is included in the price, and it’s acceptable.

There was no free water in the room. Also no coffee or tea in the room, not even a kettle available. No slippers either, and I believe 4 stars hotels should offer this, at least for this price. The breakfast was not great quality, however it was included in the price of the room. The hotel did not have a real bar, the bar was in the same area for breakfast, so the reception staff was the one supposed to serve you with a drink during the day. The receptionist got a little angry when asked for a coffee, like we bothered her with this request because she had to go to the bar to make it.

The hotel is great. Even though it's located on the main street, windows are soundproof, so it's quiet in the room. Bed is extra large, pillows and matress are very comfortable. Room and bath are clean. Breakfast is excellent. We were allowed to check-in earlier and to depart a bit later. Location is great, just around 10 minutes from Herastrau park and multiple restaurant choise around. We really enjoyed it.

As we had a room at the corner of the building, there was one thin window on the side, for which the blind curtain was not designed. For those that like sleeping in complete darkness might be an issue. But I believe, it's only for the cornered rooms.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I appreciated a lot that I could check-in early. The breakfast was also very nice, offering a large variety of both savory and sweet options.

The bathroom was quite small and the water temperature was sometimes a bit difficult to adjust (going from hot to cold easily).

Location was good. Convenient for getting around within walking distance.

Just the blinds need to cover the entire window a slight gap and the sun peers through. I’m one who needs complete darkness for good sleep. The bird was also quite firm for my liking but still slept well.

PROs: - Staff is nice and communicative; - Breakfast is varied (beside the classic/standard breakfast choices, in some mornings, something new and interesting pops up) - Night-light with adjustable luminosity near each bed is always an exceptional touch for me (can change intensity from bright, to help read - to very dim, like a candle) - I prefer Pepsi, and this hotel has it <3 <3 <3

CONs: Meh, there are some things (nothing is truly perfect in this life :P ) but they're really noth worth mentioning imo because they don't influence the overall feel (one example would be that in the room i stayed in, the shower head could not be put/fixed in a very low position because it would hit the dish - small engineering fail, but not a handicap).

Very nice hotel in a good location. It's been my hotel of choice for a long time now as the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very good, and the hotel is very clean and nice.

I travel for business and need good rest and sometimes the rooms are hit and miss. A couple of times I've got bad rooms. Once in front of the elevator, then another time on the first floor that was very noisy due to some machinery (either AC or washing machines, no idea). There were even ear plugs in that room! Why would the reception put anybody in that room when the hotel was empty - end especially me, a regular client, I can't understand.

Great options, good service and coffee. Oh, and a well-tended, lovely aquarium in the lobby.

This hotel does have a small terrace, but somehow it is not tended as often as other spaces. A terrace is an attention-getting spot for tourists everywhere. In many ways, it is just as important as the hotel sign hanged outside and it could even be an attraction or a deterrence for anyone to come in and visit. This terrace in particular could greatly benefit of a rain cover / sun shade, as right now it is directly exposed to the elements and if outside is wet, there's nowhere to sit. It may be a challenge doing it, given the small space, but I think the results may be surprising.
