Lovely little guest house with very charming host. Great location and lovely balcony for people watching. Would stay again.

Perhaps because we visited in the quiet season, the staff member wasn't present on site overnight, and so when we had a problem with the bathroom in our room at around 7pm, we weren't able to speak to anyone until the following morning. This didn't bother us, but if you prefer the safety/ knowledge of knowing the owner/ manager / staff member is on site 24/7 perhaps book elsewhere.

Very clean, comfortable bedding, great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Printed our cruise luggage tags for us. Breakfast continental with fresh baked Croissants. Close to cruise port hub so we could walk there.

Front desk closed at 2pm, did not like having to wait at door to be buzzed in due to the desk closing so early. Took a while to find right entrance. Elevator was not working when we arrived do had to carry out heavy suitcase up stairs. Luckily we are younger, not sure how the older disabled people staying there (there was a couple like this) managed the stairs and luggage.

Lovely hotel very close to cruise terminal. Staff welcoming. We had the place almost to ourselves. Beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a drink with lovely view. McDonald’s directly across the road, but very limited vegetarian options. Lots of restaurants close by.

Not a fault, I probably didn’t read the instructions properly, but the property is accessed through ringing a bell beside large wooden doors. When the doors open, proceed to the first floor either by staircase or lift and the accommodation is straight ahead. Staff v welcoming

We received a complimentary breakfast, as there was a mixup with our rooms. Our host was very apologetic and arranged the breakfast in a cafe next door to make up for the fact that our room configuration was incorrect for our party. Our host was very nice and welcoming and arranged our transfer to the cruise port - it would have been about 1.5km so transport (free shuttle outside the train station, or taxi) is needed. The taxi was relatively dear for the short journey (€30) but meant we arrived in good time and in comfort.

Stefano, our host, was very personable, welcoming, and accommodating. He was a very good and attentive host. We loved staying at his homey and comfortable guest house. Very clean and in a good location easily walkable to the different shops, restaurants, church and museums. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend his place to others.

The elevator is quite small and slow, but it helped us get in and out, especially with our luggage. Other than that, everything looked great.

7 Bell's House was a great property for our overnight stay before boarding our cruise ship at the Civitavecchia port. Andrea was extremely flexible with our arrival and getting us in to our room as early as possible. He gave us great suggestions of things to do in the area. The property was well renovated (recently) and the rooms were very spacious. The bathrooms were large and also newly renovated. There was a nice bar next door where we could get great coffee and pastries. We would definitely stay here again.

No negatives for us....

Great location.

Made arrangements for transportation to hotel from airport (went well) and very early checkin. Driver dumped us off at this building with no instructions, saying someone would be down soon with a key. No one showed. We had to search for the actual “hotel”. No one was there. We waited in a random hallway for almost2 hours. Finally the “concierge “ arrived, but we were told we had to wait til 11:00am for our room. Long story short, our early check in did not exist despite me having an email saying it was approved. In total, we waited 4 hours to check in. The rest of the day and evening went smoothly.

The property was in the heart of the city by the cruise port. We were able to easily walk to dinner and around the area. We were able to walk to the cruise ship. Room was very spacious and clean. Overall, a great value for the money.

A little noisy on the street out front on a Friday night. The only issue we had was that the first floor door was always open due to other businesses in the building. The main door to the hotel was left open as well by other customers with no one at desk on the second floor in the hotel most of the time. Some teenagers came in and were chased out on the stairs while we were entering.

Location was excellent,short walk to cruise shuttle,lovely,friendly and warm welcome,loved the balcony out to a nice seating area,nice to have option of airport pick up.Good sized room,clean and comfortable

Was a bit bewildered on arrival,unsure how to proceed to check in as different to usual.Once in all was good

Andrea is so nice and so helpfull. I traveled with my son of 8 years old and my son even made and drawing for Andrea and told me that I have to give a 10 for this accomodation. The location is also perfect, few minutes walking from the train station, few minutes walking for the shuttle bus to the port. Around the accomodation is everything you need: sea, restaurants, souvenir shops, McDonalds, great ice crem and coffee corners, pharmacy etc. GREAT ACCOMODATION in Civitavecchia.
