1) The room was spacious and comfortable enough for two person. 2) Some staff were friendly and helpful. 3) Free complimentary drinks and little bites at lobby on specific hours 4) Awesome breakfast spread 5) Accessible and walkable restaurants and shops nearby (7/11, Family mart etc)

1) The location is a bit far off but walkable to the nearest metro and a slightly smaller shopping mall. 2) One of the service crew at breakfast counter decided to remove breakfast items and food tags before the closing hours. (7-10AM). Speaking ill of your hotel guest with Cantonese dialects/ethnic language is not wise. We understand what you are saying. 3) No check out box to drop off hotel key resulting in having to wait 30 minutes for a 1 minute task to check out (dropping off key) 4) Gym was rather basic 5) Some guests were smoking at non smoking floors

There are cockroaches in the restaurant. Please pay attention to your cleanliness. The waiter's attitude is bad. I hope you will improve.

The hotel in general was perfect from start to finish. I came to China Canton Fair and the hotel providing free shuttle makes it really easy to accessible to fair for a first timer like me. In hotel the breakfast options was a lot. It didnt suit me as much but you would definitely have great stuff to eat in their restaurant. The location in general was good, there is literally everything available to the hotel just by walking. Room's are fresh, clean and the hotel workers are really sweet people, always smiling and having a great attitude. Only the thing I didnt like as much was the WIFI sometimes became slow at evenings/nights. Other than I would definitely recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work.

The room was very clean. The cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was big and so was the bed and shower. Hotel staff were friendly and check in and out was very simple.

Only thing was room service ended a bit early for us. Would have been nice to have a later room service option for those that are awake during the night and sleep in and miss breakfast.

Very clean. Easy to manage A/C., Nice staff, helpful. Big TV opposite the bed (often wrong place n other hotles.). Breakfast with many varieties. Fresh cut baquettes are very nice. Big selection of chinese dishes too. Cereals, etc.

The coffee for breakfast is bad. There is no bacon, but some luncheon meat fried slices for the fried eggs.. No scrambled eggs. This improvement would make for foreigners a big difference. We came to eat dinner ome evening.. I do not want a long story, just that we did not enjoy ist and the place was empty anyway except us. But the, a canteen type of room is very good for breakfast but notheing else. There is no bench or something to put the suitase on. I, 78, do not like to work on my suitcase one the floor for 4 days. A bench in front of the TV would spoil the symmetry a little but it could be made to fold and would be a great convenience.

The room, the view, and the staff were super helpful. I was also able to store my luggage while I travelled to another city. It was a pleasant stay for me

I couldn't connect to the Internet on the first night.... despite all efforts by the staff.....Also, the food options for me was limited.

Very convenient location in Tianhe district, close to restaurants, parks, shopping mall and other places. Although some staff don’t speak English fluently, they always are willing to help you out. The shuttle services during fair days is really good. Thank you again!! 100% recommend it.

The staff are all helpful and courteous from the reception to cleaning staff to breakfast servers. One reception staff even helped to order food delivery on his phone for me. Concierge advised us on transport and helped flag down taxis. The room is clean and spacious.

WiFi was weak.

Location and hotel staff. I would like to give a special recognition to Mr Bruce Lee for his hospitality, professionnalism , and good english. He really makes a difference.

No closet with shelfs and drawer. We had to keep clothes in ours suitcase.

The receptionist at the front desk was superb. Betty and Mandy. Helped us a lot and it was their impeccable services which will make me want to stay here again the next time I visit GZ. Thumbs up Hilton and u should reward these 2 staff. Gems if the hotel!

Wifi was a bit laggy. Breakfast could have more variety or have a variety of breakfast cuisine every 2-3 days. Chefs could have put a bit more heart thinking thru food preparations. Long staying guests like myself for 16 days, I totally appreciate a good change of menu.
