During our vacation tragically our motor home caught fire and with 5 minutes was an engulfed inferno. With out id and only our previous booking history’s they took our family in without question… these humble people and the young man who checked us in are first class and a benefit to their industry and our community.

Quiet, clean and great value for what you get

Quiet, comfortable. Pool and hot tub were fine. Roof top patio was a bonus. Weather was spectacular so spent a lot of time up there. BBQ area great. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room had microwave and fridge and coffee!! AC blew cold! Slept well. Good wifi and cable. Laundry a perk for sports uniforms. Lots of cold ice! Good location. Close to restaurants and hwy access. No issues with parking. Would stay again.

No blow dryer. Bring own conditioner if you have long hair. Room was small but very affordable. Overall good. Would recommend for something affordable. Not luxurious. Basic amenities but worked for my family!

Best deal on our whole trip. I have no idea why anyone would complain about this motel. We forgot an item in the room. They called quickly to try and catch us before we left kamloops. Unfortunately we couldn't answer, so then they were extremely helpful in getting our item boxed up so a courier could pick it up for us. Danni was very, very helpful with everything. Super Employee deserves a raise!

No face cloths...pretty minor

The room was large and clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There was even a little pool to have a swim in after a long drive. Only a couple of minutes walk from a good pub with good food.

Great value for a place to sleep and grab a shower... which is exactly what I was looking for. The room was spacious, a bit dated for sure but that was also reflected in the price. It was a family orientated motel so I felt safe and had no issues with being concerned about my car being broken into or anything like that.

The bed was a bit too hard, my hips bugged me a bit in the morning but it was manageable

I was extremely impressed with the staff. It was an incredible stay. Everything was spotless and completely comfortable. I only wish that my stay could have been longer as this place was a very good location and the staff were incredibly friendly.

I liked the staff and the cleanliness of the room. I didn't make it to the pool and hottub , however, I will definitely stay there again in the near future.

Was greeted by a very friendly gentleman. Beautiful views. Close to many facilities and our venue.

The bed could use a topper as it is fairly firm. Placement of the coat rack is a bit too close to the bed when getting up. Some "unsavory" characters hanging around (but I know you can't do much about that). Parking is tight.

The room was comfortable and clean. It offered the same amenities as the more expensive hotels for a fraction of the cost. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was close to the room. My daughter loved that it had a pool and I enjoyed the hot tub.

The tile floor in the room could have been cleaner. My daughter said the pool was quite cold.

Super location. Spacious rooms and well maintained property. Wow the hot tub was fabulous. Check-in was easy. There was a minor housekeeping issue with my room but the afternoon front desk young gentlemen was so accommodating. We were promplty reassigned to another beautiful room and assured that matters were dealt with. Quiet. Lots of convenient food options nearby. Great parking. A sister property assures guests a good chance of access to at least one pool or hot tub.

As can happen anywhere, there was a simple housekeeping oversight during a busy season. It was resolved so quick and professionally, I hesitate to even mention it.
