Easy to arrive and depart from the train. Easy to walk every day to and from Florence old town via the underground shopping mall at the train station. Breakfast and the staff were excellent. I would enjoy multiple coffees and cakes beautiful croissants, fresh fruit and hot savoury dishes. Plus there was a juicer for vegetables. Reception staff kindly accommodated me with a city map and a late checkout. I was so pleased to return to my fluffy robe and slippers in my clean air-conditioned room with mini bar with free non alcoholic beverages was welcoming. The room attendants were sensational.

This was a wonderful hotel, with modern decor and wonderful staff who will made the stay memorable, accomodating an early check in and remembering your name when returning to the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and modern with wonderful facilities and modern bathrooms, the beds comfortable and the view incredible. The mini bar was generous.

Great location right by the train station but a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of the old walled city and about a 30 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. This was fine, but I did feel a little unsafe around the area at night as a solo traveller. Also the room doesn’t come with a vanity kit or similar items and while a quick call to reception and speedy delivery offered the items it was slightly annoying have to call.

Location is excellent. Short tram ride from Florence Airport and then a short walk to the hotel. Staff are very welcoming and friendly both at reception and in the restaurant. We elected to have the buffet breakfast each morning and it offered a good selection with all the usual hot and cold items. Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the rear and it was very quiet with no external noise. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good with great towels.

Although we did opt for a smaller room the design/layout could have been better. There were no hooks to hang wet coats and no shelf space to put objects on in either the room or bathroom.

Cozy small room, perfect for us as a couple. Had all the required amneties Excellent staff at breakfast, very accomodating. Special note for a staff whose left hand is tattooed (forgot to ask his name) him and his colleague got us eggs of our preference till our stay. Breakfast is not to be missed, it has been so far the best we have had in Italy. The front desk staff are welcoming warm and upto date with all that you need to know. Special mention of Mr Vicenzo, Mr Tommaso and Mr Samuele Luggage storage option too is safe here Close to the station and 5 nins walking to Duomo Parking is just next to the hotel

Staff were super friendly! The location is just 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the center. The place is newly opened in December so everything is brand new and super clean. I loved the vibes of the place and the modern style decoration. The room I booked was spacious with a nice balcony. Great value for money. Would definitely love to stay there again!

I wish If the fitness center was bigger and equipped with heavier weights. It would be nice if there was a mirror too. This might not be such a big deal for many travelers, but if you’re a gym rat ( just like me) and need to workout while traveling, this might not be a best option.

This hotel was perfect. Everything was clean, it smelled clean, facilities were great. Beautiful restaurant and the food was exceptional. The best thing is they had a smart tv in the room. This is very comforting when you’re in a foreign country and at night all you want to do is watch some tv that you’re used to. The staff were also so very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and helpful, and good breakfast. Room was very clean, with modern electrical fitting and both USB charging points, complimentary drinks and snacks, and everything you need in the bathroom for a comfortable stay. Close to the train station walking distance 7-9 mins. Just make sure you travel light.

We were out for most of the day, but we were comfortable when we were at the hotel.

Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing, beds very comfortable and rooms clean. Outdoor area was beautiful loved it. The hotel restaurant food was superb so delish we tried a few different dishes all wonderful.

Rooms and bathrooms small, no hooks or shelves to hang clean clothes or towels in bathroom. Fan in bathroom didn't work so steam would fill room from showers.

The location is in central Florence and we were able to walk most places or easily get a taxi. I would definitely stay there again. Love the fact there was parking. And the staff was so open to helping even with small queries.

The room service menu for lunch and dinner was limited and doesn’t match the menu from the restaurant.

I liked the original and friendly atmosphere of the hotel, alla e where you feel at home away from home. The staff were vey helpful, friendly and professional. I have had a great time and whenever I come back to Florence r this is the place where I will stay.
