Fantastic facilities and service, we were in love with all activities and delicious food! Overall, great experience and definitely we will be back!!

We didn't love the fact that some restaurants (e.g. Japanese) require very fancy clothes. We didn't consider this being a requirement for the hotel, and didn't bring any appropriate clothes for fancy dinning.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Relaxation at the highest level. Although not everything was ready in November, we didn’t feel at any point that the hotel was unprepared to host guests (the indoor pool and water park were not yet finished). From the moment we arrived, our comfort and good mood were prioritized. The concierge greeted us with drinks, brought wet face towels, and explained the basic information. We did have ants in our room, but a new room with an ocean view was promptly offered. The rooms are excellent—spacious and fully equipped. Bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and a stocked minibar were provided. The beds were very comfortable, and the terrace had seating. Everything was impeccably clean! The lounge with gaming consoles, arcade machines, and the kids’ club were all new and ready for use. The hotel is beautifully located and very expansive, which creates a sense of freedom. In November, it was hard to come across other guests around the property. The food was tasty with a good selection, though somewhat repetitive—breakfasts were the same every day. International-quality alcoholic beverages were served, all of very high quality. There are several restaurants, so everyone will find something to their taste. Our favorite was the one by the ocean—Voce. Excellent food, including seafood, grilled dishes, and local delicacies. The biggest highlight of this hotel is its amazing staff: at Voce, Joy and Pandav were exceptional. At the main bar, Diggo made the best drinks, and in the Cocoa café, Vitaly and Linda stood out. It’s impossible to cover everything, but once this hotel fully gets going, it will undoubtedly be top of the top! We will definitely return!

The check-in area for the Preferred guests was fantastic. We waited for a while to get checked in, but we enjoyed a welcome drink and fresh snacks, and the view from the balcony while waiting. The receptionist Sara made our stay unforgettable by arranging a surprise - an extremely personalized and well-thought dessert at the end of our birthday dinner. Sara's colleagues who presented us the dessert were also very friendly, professional and kind. This hotel has amazing facilities, absolutely outstanding staff, and the most epic location so far. The food was top-notch and high quality, too. Everything was fantastic - the ice-cream bar, the restaurants, and even the buffet food. The views from the property are unforgettable.

Loved everything about the hotel! The staff was nice and welcoming, ready to help at any moment. Rooms well equipped and clean. All inclusive in this hotel is just exceptional. All food was of high quality and tasted amazing. The location is just 10/10, huge territory of the hotel, private beach, there is a breathtaking PR8 nearby. It is now my go-to hotel in Madeira. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect and luxurious, well organised and nice. This is the place where you can really relax. If you want, you can go hiking or just sunbathing, on the beach, one thing is for sure, the hotel staff will help you with everything

-The ease and comfort of everything! -Excellent, kind, friendly and warm service. -Beautiful location. -Chill, comfortable vibe. -The food was excellent. -Spacious, clean, elegant room with striking views. -Peace and quiet.

The indoor pool was closed and we did not learn of this until we arrived (and it was too cold top swim in any of the other pools). They offered us a discount on massages at the spa (but did not say how much of a discount) and we attempted to book two massages on the app but they were not confirmed and a few minutes before what we hoped would be our appointment we got a phone call saying there was not availability for two appointments at the same time. It was a bummer but I suspect they are still figuring things out. The app showed all of the restaurants had zero availability for the one evening we were there which was a disappointing. We spoke to someone at the concierge and they helped us find something which we were grateful for.

Loved the facilities, the location, the comfort, and above all, the exceptional staff and hospitality. Truly an outstanding, five-star experience

The only slight critique I can think of is that the food in the buffet wasn't as nice as in the a-la-carte restaurants, and those (while included in the all-inclusive package) had to be booked in advance But this was only an issue on the first evening.

All inclusive was an unexpected bonus.

Buffet restaurant was not so great for breakfast or dinner and very difficult to get reservation for a la carte restaurants at check in. Food was not properly marked and staff seemed lost whenever we asked. One had the feeling everything was just sitting around under the lights forever. Funny enough breakfast at the 4 star hotels we stayed at were much better.

Everything was so thought through and nicely done. The staff and service was outstanding - they went way and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. The cocktails where out of this world!

The fact that the pool is not heated. It would be nice to be able to take a swim even when you visiting in the cooler months.

The property is just beautiful. It feels like you are in a little town with beautiful landscape surrounding you. The staff is very friendly and they are always trying to make your stay at the hotel the best possible experience. I recommend the guided hiking. Nuno and Kelly were my guides and made it a wonderful hike. The food at the hotel is delicious and you plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel if planning to travel to Madeira. Hoping to be back soon!
