Service was the Key Factor. I am somewhat Disabled. I do not move easily or quickly. The Staff is Aware of this. They go out of their Way to see that my needs, especially my Comfort are met. I Amy staying at this Hotel while my new home is going through a Renovation Period before I move in. This Process has taken longer than Planned. This location has assisted me in the length of my stay and made all the technical aspects move Smoothly. To Conclude your Key Associates, Llamar and Douglas have made sure that at All times I feel Safe, Comfortable and not a Burden. I am always Acknowledged and am Grateful to the Hotel for for putting the treatment of your Guests as a Paramount Responsibility.

Our flight was canceled from LaGuardia airport. We needed to book a hotel for the night and everything was so expensive or bad ratings. Voco Fiorello- was highly rated, very reasonable price. When we called the staff was so supportive and said they would send a free shuttle to pick us up , that was a very nice surprise. When we arrived the staff were so helpful there are restaurants onsite. The food at the roof top restaurant was delicious and great views of the city. The Rooms were very clean. There even was a shuttle available 4 am. It’s every hour to and from the airport. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Delta cancelled our flight after delaying us for hours. They refused to help with vouchers or suggestions for a place to stay. We were rebooked on a 7 am flight so we couldn’t go far. voco Fiorello was a lifesaver. The woman who checked us in was so kind, gave us toiletries and made sure we had a comfortable room to stay in. Was it the fanciest place I’ve stayed, no, was it a nice and welcoming, you bet. They arranged a shuttle for us back to the airport. Weary travelers that we were, they were a helpful and kind reprieve from the chaos of Delta and the airport.

It’s a little off putting when you drive up with the nightclub and restaurants, but once you get to the lobby it’s nicely decorated and the rooms were surprising quiet. We did have a time trying to figure out the lights. There’s a master switch I think.

The property was at a great location. We stayed only one night for our daughter to go to a concert at City Field. The room was modern and very comfortable. There were different dining options onsite site. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Especially the man at the front desk, I think his name was Derrick. He was fantastic!!

The parking was a little different then we’re used too. It was pay by hour but the hotel does validate and you only pay a $1.00 per hour each time you exit.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and really nice. Though the rooms were small, it had everything we needed so we weren’t worried about it. The staff were also super nice and accommodating.

It’s a little further from the train than we expected, so we utilized Uber a lot. It was also on the pricier side compared to other stays we’ve had that are closer to the train/citi field and have larger rooms. I’m not sure if that was because we stayed over a holiday (Juneteenth) or not though.

The staff was great! I appreciated the $1 per hour parking and the ease of the location. House keeping did a great job tidying up while we were out and appreciated the refill of coffee and cups.

The blinds were broken in the room and the floor were not level. They slanted down from the window which made footing tricky for an elderly person. I would appreciate some kind of discount for repeat guest.

I travel extensively. This hotel had the most comfortable bed and pillows I have experienced so far (my room was also spacious). It had an excellent breakfast buffet on a terrace, where you could see New York City at a distance (picture enclosed). The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel had two excellent restaurants: The Fish Village and The Buffet, both amazing, It also had a karaoke bar, although I did not visit it. I could tell it was an exceptionally well-run establishment. It also had a laundromat in the basement, and an exercise room. On my way out I was going to call a taxi, but the hotel gave me a lift to La Guardia Airport. By the way, when I got in, very late in the evening, the staff person gave me a pastry as a little gift. That meant a lot to me. The hotel also had an excellent coffee machine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City. Thank you, Booking.com! You have never disappointed me!

Everything was wonderful. It could not have been any better.

Service is their goal. They meet this Beautifully. I am disabled and often need extra hep, they anticipate this and always make any need smooth.

The entrance lobby on the first floor is not manned. I, if alone need extra help to get to 2nd floor lobby. Perhaps a button for attendant would help Disabled Individuals make their way in.

Really nice boutique hotel in LGA area. Stylish and with really well made rooms. Prices may vary from time to time, but for 1 night paying (taxes included) around 150$ in this area, is correct. My room was really silent, well cleaned and comfy bed. Washroom with a nice walk-in shower, big mirror and proper lighting.

Definitively the breakfast. It was not bad, but nodoby was there (just me and my colleague) and it took something like 20 mins to have my omelette served. Plus, 15 mins to have a black coffee. The view from the breakfast room is great, but it was so cold there. My colleague had some eggs with with bacon, and he said the bacon was not good at all. So I suggest to improve the quality and the service there, although the gentleman that served us was definitively very kind and professional.

I told cleaning crew to please do my room and didn't. The older lady kept saying that she didn't have that room and she was gonna ask the other lady but never saw her again. Then the second day I spoke to a younger lady who finally did my room. I understand they have a schedule but I asked her, please just give me an answer Yes or No it's simple. Anyways, everything else was great.
