Decoration in the room and lobby is amazing

One of the front desk staff is not cooperative. I asked for a late checkout, and they told me the hotel was fully booked due to Eid. However, I immediately went online and was able to reserve 15 rooms, which gave me the impression that they were not being honest and were providing incorrect information. The location and the property are great, but the staff should take customers’ special requests seriously and avoid giving false information just to make excuses.

Arrived immediately welcomed by valet staff (costs 5 BHD), and got a luggage sticker, check-in was quick, the room was spacious and clean. The facilities were quite excellent. They had 2 water bottles in our room with coffee maker/ tea. The shower water pressure was extraordinary. They had a Quran and praying mat ready in the closet. Didn't have the opportunity to go to their spa or use laundry service but they are both available.

The AC was somewhat annoying. Some parts of the room were very cold and others warm especially near the bed I used. That was the only minor issue we encountered. Also price was ok for 5 stars hotel but only for the non-refundable option. The price gap for cancelation was ridiculous (20 BHD)!

The staff was very kind and welcoming, including and especially the crew at the breakfast. The interior is beautiful, the room was spacious and very elegant. We loved the quality of the furniture, the spacing. It was equipped with everything we needed - we appreciated the fresh fruits and some sweets welcoming us in the middle of the night. The breakfast was excellent, everything fresh and tasty. Wife selection of goods.

The renovation done in the hotel is amazing . Very clean and quiet . Very suitable for family and business purposes. The lobby is big with warm colors and elegant

The restaurant Wild and the cafe to go were nice and o loved the breakfast buffet . The inroom dining was lacking some Indian food options and some international like club sandwich, Mashroom soup

Immediately when enter the hotel, you know you made the right choice. The hotel is very elegant, clean and modern. The rooms are cozy and very nice. Among other hotels I tried in Bahrain, this one is the best. This will be my choice for every time I go to Bahrain.

The Hotel went through great renovation and very modern and best location, the staff are friendly and very attentive.

I stayed in Signature room, surprised there was no Espresso machine which I found it odd. And no bath robe.

Staff was very professionalism and helpful , place is very clean and bring joy to your experience, there is no doubt that i will come back as soon as i can

Charging for valet parking for in-house guest is not appreciated this policy needs to be changed

Brand new hotel with everything available, and very close to everything in Bahrain. The front desk were very friendly and very welcoming. Specially Nikisha. And hotel rooms are very clean and very comfortable.

- Close from malls: Restaurants, Coffee - Rooms has enough space and wide. - Hotel lobby design was elegant.

- The hotel does not have beach as facilities. - Car Parking valet with fees.
