It’s a good hotel in a very nice place. It’s close to everything you need as a tourist.

It would be good to have some renovation, especially for the floor. The breakfast can also be more varied.

All the staff ( M Ahmed, Mms Shamsa, and their lady colleague......etc) were brilliant in their customer service. They were very friendly, helpful, courteous, professional, and informative. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is 2nd to none. Very close to the lake, the commercial and shopping district, the old town, the railway station, the trams and buses, and even to the town's main coach station. The swimming areas and beaches are within walking distances. The crêperie linked to it ( including its friendly staff) complements the hotel. Definitely, it's location is one of the main selling points of this small minimalistic hotel.

The location was very convenient, close to the bus stop to go to the airport, tram to ONU, walking down the street you are at the lake, walking distance to old town crossing the bridge. Next to a shopping centre with a lot of different options on the 5th floor to have lunch was super. I hope someone told me this, as I found out only on the last day. They kept our luggage safe after check out. I would stay again.

Needed to ask toilet paper at the reception, had only 1 or 2 for the full stay. But the overall was OK. The breakfast was fair, but it is not included, It could have scrambled eggs.

Perfect location with easy access to the lake, restaurants, railway station and old part of Geneva. Rooms were spotless and large. I travelled with my two teenage children. My son used the gym. Refreshing jugs of water in the main foyer each day was a welcome touch. The free Geneva transport card was superb. The hotel emailed us details a couple of days before we arrived so we had free transport from the airport. (We arrived early so the hotel kept our luggage for us.) We used it everywhere, from the airport, around Geneva, to the Patek Philippe Museum (free entrance for children) and even out to C.E.R.N. (free entrance for everyone). It also covered the yellow/red ferry boats.

Brilliant location. Walking distance from the main station and very close to the lake and most of Geneva's attractions on a relatively quiet city street. We received a room upgrade upon arrival, and our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a slight issue with the ac unit in our room leaking water onto the floor, but when notified the staff immediately cleaned up the water and tried to fix the problem, when they could not fix the leak a technician was called and the problem sorted. A great place to stay in Geneva.

The property was in a great location, very close to the train station and easily walkable to most places we wanted to be. The robust transit system in the city made getting to the few spots not close by an absolute breeze. The room itself was stylish, clean, and suited all our needs just fine. We were very happy with the property and all it had to offer and would absolutely stay here again.

The only minor quibble we could think of was the size of the bathroom was rather tiny. Sitting at the toilet placed you so close to the sink you could wash your hands and face while simultaneously doing your business (maybe some would consider this a perk?). This is a minor complaint, though, and mentioned here only for those who may find this to be an issue - for us it was not.

We had such a great experience at this hotel in Geneva! It’s centrally located, making it easy to explore the city, and has a modern, stylish vibe throughout. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel truly valued. As Genius Members, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade — which came with a lovely view. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. We also appreciated that they emailed us the Geneva Guest Pass in advance, which made getting around even easier. Thoughtful touches like this really stood out. Highly recommend this place, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying again!

Excellent location just a short walk to lake Geneva. The staff in the hotel and bar were lovely, and the cost of drinks and food in the bar were very reasonable considering other bars around the area. Really spacious room and lovely modern bathroom. Room was spotless and super clean. Good channels on TV

Only 1 pillow each and no spare ones provided in wardrobes like other hotels do. This wasn’t much of a problem as we didn’t bother asking reception if this is something they could provide but I’m sure it’s something they could. Not enough plug sockets in the room. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but was okay for a short stay.

Air con worked very well, this was important as I stayed during a heatwave. Location was as described , which was central and very close to the lake and nice quiet location. Staff spoke excellent English to me ( so neither of us had to suffer from my poor French). Good bed ,OK pillows .From other hotels I had viewed for a similar price I was glad I stayed here.

A staff member fitted a new light fitting on the middle of one day when I was out and after 15 minutes of waiting I asked him to leave so I could shower ( which he did with no complaint). I don’t think changing fittings should be done whilst a guest is staying ( this was a change not a fix to lights that were broken) , if they waited a month until off season when occupancy will be less it would make more sense! The room key had to be reactivated twice after stopping working.

Few teething problems with the room but did not affect our stay. Fridge wasn’t working, couple of light bulbs out, curtain hooks broken on one curtain, more pillows and cups, spoons etc would have been good. Didn’t bother asking as wasn’t major issue. No kettle but good nespresso machine although you had to buy extra pods
