The apartment is airy and spacious. Very clean and the kitchen is fabulous with EVERYTHING you need and good quality utensils. It has a separate bathroom and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Very comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

There was nothing to not like, I just wanted to mention if you're a single female the pathway from the metro is just over 500metres. We had no problems or issues but I'm not sure I'd enjoy walking along the pedestrian/bike path by myself at night. There are no houses around. Other than this .....perfect.

Everything was super! I have to thank my homeowners as because of my mistake needed to call a technician sunday night. Even if I offer they didn't charge me any extra. Everything was clean and perfect and I am very grateful for the time in the building. It would be my option any time I travel to Vienna.

For the laundry you need 1 euro coin (cost 2 euros but just the 1 coin is accepted) the vending machines were not available, my lucky I stopped to buy some groceries on my way to the building. It was not easy finding the garbage container (in fact, I could not).

This is an excellent accommodation option for Vienna. It's in an inner suburb, five stops along the U4 line from Wien Mitte, by the river bank and a major road. The immediate area is a little post-industrial, and with S-Bahn trains (I think) passing directly beneath the futuristic complex, it's not totally quiet and peaceful. But the sound insulation is very good. Design and facilities are modern and quite spacious for a studio, shower is excellent, and there's a full kitchen for self-catering, with a Spar supermarket about ten minutes' walk away. Communication with the manager was great, and the check-in process was smooth and well-explained. I especially appreciated the touch of free drinks (a beer, water, and Coke) on arrival. That beer tasted very good after 20 hours of travel!

Aside from the slightly barren location, I only suggest pillows for the bed that don't collapse into nothingness when you lay your head on them! A little more substance and support would be appreciated.

It is difficult to access the code. I never received a code through the app and it took a phone call to access the code. In the event phone calls do not work for whatever reason, it would be frustrating to the individual trying to access the code. It also took a while for the code to arrive through email.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel during my trip to Vienna. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I could ask for. The location is close to public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet, charming area. It made exploring the city effortless. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere – cozy, elegant, and genuinely relaxing. It felt like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

A modern look and feel building with beautiful apartments (we had 2 on the highest floor). Vert clean apartments fully equipped kitchen to the last detail. Air-condition performed excellently for both heating and cooling. Close to a U station with lines to most part of city.

Communication with host via whatsapp is slow at times. We had a clogged sink that we asked to look at, host promised to arrive but never did. We didn't remind and just went on with the vacation. There is nothing close by, neither bakery coffee or any convenience store. Although in the near U station there are plenty of options, just not up to late enough.

The property is very clean and space is excellent for family or group travel. Easy to access to the public transport to city and supermarket. The kitchen and dining area is perfect for family during our breakfast.

I have received the access code into the building. But I don't seem to have received the apartment number 407 and separate access code. I have to call the property owner to get that information. The car park next the the property is actually a public car park. On the way walking to the public car park often have groups of young men hanging around there. I feel not safe because we were approached by them twice. Additionally, I just realized the check-out time is 10am in my booking confirmation. However, the cleaning ladies came around 10.05am and told us the check-out time is 10am. It was embarrassing that we have to pack our luggage in hurry.

The infos about the room was very specific and easy to understand. There is an application who has all the infos we need. The apartment has two large rooms, one living room with the kitchen and one bathroom (the toilet was separated from the bath). The rooms was big and the bed was very comfort. The kitchen has all the needs and was clean. We have a small issue with the cleaning of the toilet and the bathroom cause there was some mold on the wall and behind the water pipe. Also the cleaning of the floor wasn't the best but was ok. One more thing I want to point is the lack of clothes hanger for coats at the living room. In the general view we have great time and the apartment was very comfortable.

Fantastic value for money in Vienna! The apartment was well-equipped with a brilliant shower, proper pressure and plenty of space, plus a compact but functional kitchen that had everything we needed for holiday cooking. Location is really convenient, just 8 minutes to the subway so getting to the city centre takes about 15 minutes max. Easy access and great transport connections made exploring Vienna a breeze.

The highway location means weekday traffic and train noise can be a bit much - doesn't ruin the stay but definitely kills that peaceful vibe you might want. The area gets pretty quiet at night with no nearby restaurants or nightlife, though a 15-minute walk or quick subway ride sorts that out. Also, heads up on the luggage storage - they have it, but since it's self-check-in you only get the access code when your room's ready, so early arrivals are stuck with bags until check-in time.

Urban Island is a great accommodation option for Vienna. P+R parking is next door and only costs 4 euros for a day. The building is located between 2 metro stations, both less than 10min walk, and it's only 3-4 stops to the centre of Vienna. Our apartment overlooked the Danube canal and the bike/walking track, so it was very pleasant and peaceful. The apartment is fantastically appointed and very clean. It has a great kitchen including a coffee machine. We really enjoyed the free drinks and biscuits that were left for us. Check in process was super easy, and the communication was excellent.

Apart from SPAR supermarket, there is not much else close by in terms of food and coffee. Also, if you are arriving by car, it's very easy to miss as there is no direct car access to the building. You have to go into the P+R carpark to access the complex.
