Staff was super friendly and didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile to help us. I had a bike race planned very early in the morning and they set up the breakfast 30 minutes before the normal opening time. After my race, they provided me a room to take a shower(without me asking anything) even though I already checked out. Highly recommend this place if you’re coming to Lourdes.

Overall what i can say is your breakfast is the most satisfaying than the other Hotel that i have been. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The food very good. I give a very 5 star for service waitresses and for customer services. The location is excellent , very close to Grota. The room was spacious and spotless, with great view for the town.

There are no jug or glasses to make coffee or tea.

Lobby is very nicely decorated and very pleasant (cool). All the staff are very friendly and especially Mr. Sherif is very accommodating. Thanks to Sherif and whole team for great service I am very positively surprised. Gladly again next time and I can only recommend this hotel.

There was no air conditioning in the room but you could open the window in the evening. It would still be great if you put a fan in during the summer.

The location was excellent. Very close to the sanctuary. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Special mention to Cherif who recommended us where to eat and gave us tips about local restaurants. I will definitely book this hotel again when I visit Lourdes next.

The staff were efficient and very hospitable. One got a warm welcome, and they were always ready to help us make the most of our stay. On our last night we had dinner in the hotel and it was excellent.

Leaving.

The hotel is located very close to the Sanctuary, approximately 6 minute walk from St. Michael's Gate and the main streets of Lourdes where shops and restaurants are located but is far from the train station. The staff are friendly and accomodating.

Few choices for breakfast.

Would have liked salami instead of ham for breakfast - being a place for salami (French) Location was good - The city could do with a bridge from the other side (Hotel Paradis) so you don't need to walk round

Comfortable and clean rooms. Toiletries provided and was pleasantly surprised to have daily room service too.

Rooms were small and due to the location of our room relative to the wifi router, we were not able to get strong wifi (and it cut off at times).

Was near to the sanctuary and nice location next to the river.staff was friendly and specially Sherrif is friendly and helpful.

Balcony was very small and not so clean.very less plugs 🔌 in room .

The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly. Value for money. Very clean hotel. Ideal location would definitely stay again. Near the grotto and the churches. Loved it
