Luxury stay at this residence. The apartment was super clean and every possible detail well thought through. Plenty of kitchen items to cook with including salt and pepper essentials. I like filter coffee over machine coffee and guess what - I found amazing filter coffee in a cabinet. Dishwasher with all cleaning supplies and properly working electric cooking range in the kitchen. Plenty of extra blankets and a perfect set up of beds for a family of 4. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. The location is quite close to Seceda although the walk back is a slight uphill but we managed with our baby stroller. I would recommend to drive to the nearby car park of Alps di sius near the seceda station if you have

Great location for our skiing holiday over the New Year. This property also has a room dedicated for skis and ski boots which we found useful. The small but well stocked kitchen was very useful, includingsalt and pepper! It was a short drive to the various skiing areas such as Plan de Gralba, Selva di Val Gardena and Alpe di Siusi. We chose to do this to vary our skiing experience. A nice touch was also the free voucher for the Mar Dolomit swimming pool. We also used the washing machine to do a quick wash which was helpful. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Just a reminder, if you're staying a while, remember to bring coffee capsules for the nespresso machine 😉

The location is great - easy to drive to the touring spots. The owner was very friendly and considerate. she offered us two apartments (for eight adults) with kitchens, although we only booked one with kitchen. There was always an assistance when we rang the bell at the reception desk. The property is quiet, clean and comfortable.

It would be better if one to two mirrors are installed in the bedroom, the hall or the living room for Apartment #8.

Nice spacious apartment - comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen (no cooker). Managed to keep cool thanks to the external blinds. Had a small outdoor terrace that got the sun early morning. The family that owned the place were helpful and friendly especially with helping us get medical attention following an incident . The apartment was spotless and beds were comfortable. We didn't get the apartment we booked which would have given us a larger terrace with views over the town and valley. Didn't really given an explanation for this but I think that was down to a language barrier. This was a bit annoying as I'd especially chosen the accommodation for those views - however, when we arrived that apartment was already occupied. The one we were given was larger but as there were just two of us we didn't really need the extra space.

We had an excellent stay at Residence Prapoz. The location is perfect, nestled right in the heart of the Dolomites with breathtaking views and easy access to hiking trails and other outdoor activities. What truly made our stay memorable was Claudia, the host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering helpful advice and recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, which was a huge plus for us. We appreciated the convenience of having all the cooking essentials right there in the room, allowing us to enjoy self-catered meals after a day of exploring.

The apartment was excellent and remarkably clean. A special feature of the stay was the spacious courtyard for children to play and the backyard garden overlooking the mountain, which offers a great opportunity to go hiking directly from the accommodation. The location in a charming rural village adds a unique touch to the stay, away from the hustle and bustle of cities. It's important to note that rural accommodations might not offer all the services and restaurants available in cities, but the fully equipped kitchen inside the apartment compensates for that perfectly. The village itself is an ideal place for outdoor enthusiasts, with opportunities for hiking and cycling in the summer, and it transforms into a wonderful skiing destination in the winter. The host was very kind and extremely cooperative, showing great care for our comfort and needs. Overall, my experience at this accommodation was fantastic, and I definitely give it a high rating.

Everything was perfect. The host was very friendly, and all the spaces were clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It’s a bit of a distance from the town center — about a 10–15 minute walk — but much more convenient if you have a car. The property offers laundry and drying service for €6 per small load, which is super convenient as you don’t need to go into town to find a laundromat.

The shower space is too small.

This accommodation is everything I needed for my Dolomites vacation with toddler. It has a fully equipped kitchen and hence meals were never a problem. The hostess was very accommodating and hospitalble. They hotel has swings for kids which keeps them entertained for hours. The pet goats were a nice touch and you could even feed them. Overall I absolutely love this hotel. It is perfect for families. The location is amazing - 5 mins drive from Seceda cable care, 3 mins from Alp di Suisi cable car and 2 mins from downtown center.

Fabulous find! Excellent location- easy to walk into ortisei. Accommodation was spotlessly clean! Plenty of space. Very well equipped to cook if you don’t want to go out every night. Ample parking. One last comment about our host- excellent! Friendly, welcoming, works incredibly hard and the place reflects that. It was a perfect stay for our time in ortisei and would highly recommend!

We loved the bucolic location and the incredible mountain view from our Residence Prapov balcony. Our reception greeting was friendly and helpful, including a free bus pass around town and from Ortijei to Bolzano and other towns. Our apartment was spotless, the kitchen was fully-supplied (and we prepared most of our meals there), and Residence Prapov has helpful elevator, lighting, and safety features. We would stay here again, and we recommend Residence Prapov highly to others!
