The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfy. The AC worked just fine, a plus in August. The water pressure was just right and hot almost instantly. Value for money was on point. There was no noticeable nose pollution from the outside or other rooms. Since it is close to a tram 4/6 stops we managed to get to the Sziget Festival and back under 30 minutes both times.

Can't really say. Maybe for me the bathtub had a more slippery surface that I'm used to, but nothing wrong with that. Would definitely stay here again. Next time we will take breakfast here, this time we decided to eat breakfast in the city.

We truly loved the location of the hotel. Its very close to the metro line 1, which is the oldest metro line, was really fun to see it! The family room was very spacious with two bedrooms, living room and a bathroom. We had a lovely view over the park and every room had its own AC unit. Close to the hotel is an alley with a lot of restaurants you can visit, we would definitely recommend the italian one! As for the staff, everyone was super friendly and we had no problems at all! Would come back!

We would hope there would be better selection for breakfast. Every day it was the same menu. If youre a fruit lover dont expect much, mostly a banana or an apple, one day there was a fruit salad with peach and pineapple but nothing much. Also would prefer if the coffee was from real coffee beans and not powdered coffee. One morning I wanted to get coffee with milk and turned out it was a powdered coffee as it was already super sweet I couldnt even drink it. Overall, the breakfast was good and we ate a lot. Also if youre someone who loves wide beds, maybe option for a queen-sized one. Single beds are not so wide so its easy so roll over off the bed.

Superb location, walking distance to most attractions and links to all of the excellent public transport links to explore the city. The room was ideal for me, comfy bed (pillows not the best!) Very powerful shower, small fridge and very clean. Breakfast was basic but again perfect for me. Lots of bread, cheese and cold meats. Hot food available aswell as cereals and pastries. Reception manned 24 hours, staff very friendly and non intrusive. Balcony was small but ideal to sit out on after a day exploring and the view was great.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room with functional air conditioning. The bathroom was nice and spacious too. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially when we had issues such as a broken shower head and noise complaints, they resolved it immediately. The location is amazing so close to transport, many sights, restaurants, supermarket, etc. Breakfast was basic but nice. I think for the price it’s a nice play to stay and amazing location in Budapest.

We were on the 7th floor and we could hear every noise from the street below, even talking, laughing of the people outside etc. The window covers also did not block all the light so the room was bright even during the night but not too bad.

Perfect location. Walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, malls, metros, buses, taxis and trams. Breakfast is okay. Rooms and public places are very clean, shower pressure and temperature is good, beds are comfortable. Family room was big enough for a family of 5. Large bay windows provided lots of light and made room feel bigger. Fridge, kettle, coffee, secure safe and good working air conditioning. Water bottles were provided on the first day but not replenished. Helpful staff. Very good experience and excellent location.

Bathroom is small. Lifts are small. Breakfast restaurant felt a bit small and chaotic on days. WiFi is temperamental and not good.

A wonderful hotel located right in the heart of Budapest. We were very close to the main attractions of the Hungarian capital. Metro M1, buses, trams - everything within a few hundred meters. The breakfasts were very good - fresh products, everything in sufficient quantity and some changes every day - a great variety. Delicious coffee, usually at hotels I drink one cup here at breakfast there were 2-3. Nice staff. The possibility of leaving luggage for free and sightseeing on the departure day - a big plus of this hotel, it shows a friendly attitude towards travelers. The price for accommodation was favorable. We will recommend this hotel and gladly return on our next visit to Budapest!!!

Breakfast was very good and had many choices. Very clean and decent service. Location is excellent, has metro (prefer 24H tickets for metro, they do not need extra validation in every station) and lime near. Room was very clean and service very kind. They also let us store our languages on last day in the hotel after our check-out until our flight.

Heating was an issue at nights, It was too much and it seems that it could not be regulated somehow. But maybe we also did not know how to do it. Wifi speed was great, only a few times it was lagy but not a big deal. Except that, there was no other negative to say about.

The room was very comfortable and a good size, with a high ceiling, and I could barely hear other people in other rooms. There is a minibar fridge, a kettle, and some tea/coffee available. The location is excellent; you can walk to bars, supermarkets, and cafes, and the surroundings feel beautiful and safe. They let me check in early, which was a plus. They rent towels for the pools, if needed, at the reception. Breakfast was great, with amazing scrambled eggs and a good selection of cheese/ham. They could improve the pastries in the breakfast. All in all, an amazing stay.

This hotel is so well placed for transport links and visiting the major tourist attractions. Its outlook isn't particularly attractive but in all other respects the hotel is perfectly placed for sightseeing. Staff were very helpful and willing to provide detailed directions and suggest venues to visit. Breakfast included a good variety of hot and cold foods. I reckon most people could find something to their liking.

I do find it frustrating when one arrives in a hotel room to find things not working. And even when staff were told about what wasn't working it never got repaired (as far as I am aware).
