Very cute arrangement of the apartments. Comfortable beds. The food options were great with lots of variety. One of the best hotel buffets, in my opinion, with vegetarian options too. All-inclusive option also includes soft drinks and beer at the pool bar. Big pool that no one uses. Most of the staff were super friendly.

The receptionist with whom I checked in was quite unfriendly. He seemed annoyed that I even showed up. Didn't respond when I said hola, didn't respond when I asked if he spoke English, didn't say bye the next day when I left. The rest of the staff were super nice.

Lovely good sized rooms, plenty of choice for food. Don't worry about the crybabies who have negative points about the hotel on the review sites. You will enjoy the entire hotel from the food, pools, staff, entertainment and locality of beaches, shops and restaurants.

We went with kids very little entertainment for them they do try but it’s mostly adults definitely would return as a couple trip and would go back for quite family time but not as main family holiday Only thing lacking was entertainment and communication in English

My 4th time in the Royal Suite over the last few years. It's an all-in hotel. Accommodation is very more than adequate . The food is good and the staff are excellent. Myself and friends will return again.

It’s really nice hotel with good service, great meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), many vegetables and fruits, meat, fish and seafood, different drinks. Clean territory and room, nice pools. It was great Christmas time with Santa and animation team. Great hotel for adults and children.

The rooms were very spacious! Great space both for couples and families. The staff were always happy and helpful, could not fault their service. Milton was incredible, be kind to him!!! Food was good, always something to eat. Lots of options for all. Self service all-inclusive bar was fantastic!!

The beds were slightly hard. If you had anyone sleeping in the living room there was no fan at all so very hot all of the time. Entertainment crew had no budget so it was abit cringey/ samey. Need to get fans in the entertainment hall as it is SO hot when full of people for evenjng entertainment. The pool bathroom/showers were so slippery and quite dangerous. We saw numerous people (adults and children) slip during our stay.

Decent hotel with good size rooms although no air conditioning. Staff were very good and helpful, food was also abundant and tasty. All inclusive was a bonus.

My room had a walk in disabled shower rather than a bath as per the photos. The resort is rather quiet, beach also a good trek or few mins drive away.

Such a variety of food choices for all times of the day. Excellent selection of drinks. Animación was really good with adults and kids. Was great to not be overcrowded in the month if August. Very relaxing and enjoyable!

On 2 seperate occasions false advertising on the food at the restaurant. Me and my son do not eat pork yet when you see a pizza margarita advertised you don’t expect jamón on the pizza and then another time it was advertised as Pavo and inside was jamón y queso. Good job I saw it first before my son took a bite! Unacceptable

The buffet food was very pleasant. Everyone had a choice of their liking. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Open bar had been a huge plus.

Not much entertainment for people below the age of 60. The jacuzzi has been cold.

Having stayed in 2022 we decided to again and we were very pleased to find the beds much more comfortable. The meals also were not so predictable. We enjoyed the heated pool although this year the main pool was much warmer thanks to the very hotcweather.

Food could still be better.
