We were comped a breakfast one day and it was good. We had breakfast elsewhere the other mornings because it was cheaper. Very nice front desk clerks, we talked to many and all were very polite.

We were supposed to get breakfast coupons for free breakfast and we did not get them. I even called and asked about free breakfast and was told they had breakfast but we had to pay so we went out to breakfast. We left a day early and was told the manager would call me about a refund but never heard back.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good location from highway.

There was a lot of noise outside our window...may have been water falling off rooftop and hitting something on its way down...it was annoying. Then, during the night, there some some continuous noise blowing air off and on. I'm a very light sleeper, so kept me awake all night. No longer offer complimentary breakfast service. Now charge for food.

I had my grandkids this weekend and they wanted to swim so I seen Holiday Inn had an indoor pool and that's where we stayed they love the pool the breakfast was magnificent they swam they had a blast the staff was excellent the location was great and again the kids love the pool I forgot my bathing suit or I would have got in as well but next time I will definitely be back definitely be back please thanks so much for the good hospitality

The only thing I didn't like was that we had to leave that we couldn't stay longer. I wish the room had blackout curtains, but it was still great!

Room was not serviced after my second night. Toilet paper not replaced and I had to go to the front desk for some. Multiple breakfast items were not available due to not having things including biscuits

Bottled water in the room would be nice, as well as a map or directory to local restaurants and shopping ,Pool too crowded for size . Not enough seating indoors for pool observation.

Traveling with kids so a free breakfast would have been nice and more convenient as we had early morning tournament times.

Great location, super clean rooms, all the amenities were great. The complimentary breakfast was awesome.
