The location was perfect for me. Very easy to get to and convenient to reach the hotel from Hakata station. No stairs, flat way all the way. The woman working in the reception was very kind to me and let me borrow a handheld scale too for my last night before packing and flying home. There is a tea self service at the lobby with many options of teas. The microwave is located here too. I loved this as I drink a lot of tea and I could try many flavours. The hotel is close by to 2 konbini as well for late night snack. The curtains are sun blocking type, so if you like to sleep until late, this is very good. There is enough space to open a suitcase fully on the floor. Mini fridge is close to entrance door. The fridge is so cold you can even keep ice cream in the freezer box! Very nice during japanese hot summers. Next time I want to stay here longer.

Very late check in. This can be inconvenient if you arrive early. Need to wait until evening before you can check in. For me it worked fine as I came from another city before arriving here. But if I want to stay here again as my main Fukuoka hotel, I need to plan more carefully because of this. Still recommend this hotel very much! Thank you

Relatively close to Hakata station, and there is a Lawson (convenience store) just round the corner. The area also has a number of restaurants and drinking spots, so it’s quite lively in the evening but not rowdy or noisy. Staff were responsive and polite. There is complimentary tea and coffee at the reception for guests too. I also liked that pyjamas and additional bedroom slippers were available on each floor should guests need them.

Would be good if the check in time is earlier at 2 or 3pm. Current check in time at 5pm is probably the latest I have experienced for a hotel.

Extremely close to Hakata Station, this was a fantastic stay. Rooms were clean ans towels were changed daily, even though I barely used mine it was still nice to know that they clean properly. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is close to a convenience store which was helpful for a quick snack if needed. The room has sufficient space for luggage as well as to walk around.

It took me quite a long time to open the front automatic door, like walking up to it and jumping around for a while before it recognised a person in front.

1. Hotel location is in walking distance within 6 min to Hakata JR and metro station. 2. Room is clean and at reasonable size, large enough to manage 2 large luggages at the same time. 3. Shower water temperature and pressure are good. W.C. with flush cleaning. 4. No environmental noise is noticeable. 5. Power socket near table, bed side and on wall skirt outside washroom. 6. Free coffee and ice from making machine. 7. Coin in washing and drying machine. 8. Comfortable waiting lobby with seating bench. 9. One free room make up for 5 nights stay. 10. One of the front desk person can speak very good English. 11. Lots of choices for food, convenient store is 30 steps away.

1. Front desk person has no confidence to arrange taxi. 2. Poor room view (facing an office window) just around 10 metre away. 3. no hanging hook for towel / clothes inside toilet, only has one handle on the shower room glazed door.

The location, it’s about 7-10minutes from the JR and metro station. And really close to local restauranta and convenience stores. The room is average Japanese hotel room size. Just enough space for opening our two suitcases, but bigger than some other hotels we had stayed in. The beverage counter is a nice surprise,and there’s a coin laundry that works well.

We got accidentally assigned a room that was not ready when we checked in. The staff handled it promptly, gave us another room right away. But, It did take a few minutes and some body languages for me to explain the situation to them.

Room: The interior furnishing of the room far surpasses some of the four stars hotel I stayed in my 17-day Japan trip. Very tasteful furnished and well-appointed room. I stayed on the 5th floor overlooking the streets and shops. Free good coffee in the lounge and coin washing machine. A budget hotel but very clean, neat, & comfortable. Eateries: many eateries nearby esp en route to Hakata train station and there’s also a big family mart or Lawson just round the corner of the hotel.

Hotel is located less than 5mins away from Hakata station’s East exit which made it convenient to get around. Love that there is a Lawson just beside the hotel and a 7-11 just 3mins walk away. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful too! The group of us (8 pax) needed 4 taxis at 7am on a Saturday morning, and the staff helped us call for cabs on the morning itself.

Room is extremely small. We had 2 luggages - 1 large and 1 medium. After opening both luggages, there was barely any space to walk. Size of the room was indicated in the booking and hotel rooms in Japan are generally small so this was expected. It should also be noted that cleaning does not occur everyday, but towels can be changed everyday.

the room size is match with the value, they offer cleaning every 4 days, you can have new towels every day and they will collect the rubbish daily as well, you just need to put outside of you room. they have a air filter at room as well. The coffee and tea at lobby was good and free of charge. you can leave your bag after check out and pick up later. Last but not least, their check out time is 12:00.

Its very near Hakata station and bus stops, Lawson and 711. The staff were always easy to talk to, always available and very helpful. We stayed for a week, they clean the room once but that's ok coz they change our towels and take the trash everyday.

The pillows are hard so we had a hard time sleeping. And we don't like the position of the aircon.

- Location is good, near the Hakata station. Near convenient store both lawson and 7-eleven. - plug and lighting are plenty.

- the dont clean your room eveyday but prefer to change the used towel everyday, just leave it in front of your room. - i ask front to call a taxi at 7.00 am to airport but there is no taxi available, so I need to carry all the luggage to main street and wait for about 15 mins to get a taxi.
