Everything.The room was clean and nice.good value for money.

An indian lady who came to tell us to check out was very rude.Rolled her eyes at us.I had checked the checked out time online and it differed to what she said.instead of being polite about it she just gave us an attitude.

I didn't have time to eat breakfast as I woke up right on time for my check out hence why i didn''t have time to have breakfast on the venue.

According to my expectations all the requirements were met and i do foresee myself coming back to the venue more often just to have some time to myself

A good place to stay.its a walking distance to Moses Mabhida Stadium .... I really liked the fact its on a very quite location, away frm all the noise. It is clean and people at the front desk are helpful🥰. The linen is changed everyday👍🏻

Fact that when I leave the room ..the fridge stops working. Their energy saving technique is really not working for guest. I need to find my things cold as I have left them in a fridge. They need to put enough sachets of sugar,coffee and powder milk in rooms. We can't be going to the reception everytime we need to make coffee.

It was clean and the stuff was really friendly, would recommend it

The guy who worked at reception at night had sucking attitude. I ordered food, instead of opening the gate for delivery guy, he sends security to peep in the balcony and tell me to come fetch at reception. Now the delivery guy is standing there puzzling whilst my food is getting cold. After some time he decides to open. I also could not understand the logic of entering your room number of the delivery instruction when you must still go to reception. I mean what can a delivery guy steal ? Apart from causing guests inconveniences of ups and downs

The place is clean and very quiet

The tv is not smart and they use open view services which are very unclear and boring. The bed in my room is old looks like it was broken and was making noise. The laptop safe keys aren't available for guests to use the safe but it's listed

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location worked for us as well. We loved that it wasn't too busy within the hotel itself. It was nice a quiet whether it was day or night

A man came to our door at 1:45 am trying to get in. Eventually my partner asked him what he wants and he said he's looking for another room and gave us the room number. But didn't walk towards that room after. Getting TV channels was so complicated, it took us a while to figure it out

The staff would not open the gate on time. I had to get off my car and remind them to open the gate. That's not good service. On arrival I gave the receptionist my confirmation number she did not know what to do. We had to start the whole booking process again manually. This is totally unprofessional. Did not like the notice of the bedsheet. It states if you stain the bedsheet you have to pay for it. There is no hotel that states that. When couples have intimacy it is bound to get stained❓

Well, the place was in good condition, staff was amazing. The thing is I always chooses Royal uShaka every months end,even the WiFi recognizes me as soon as I enter the gate. But I would love every Durban hotels to normalize employing people around Durban because we connect easier. They have a knowledge about Durban as whole.

It is a convenient location but near not so nice locations. It is like an island in the area. A nice new facility, well thought out. Nice and clean. Very accommodating staff. Over all it was good value for money and we do recommend it. We will likely stay there again.

Parking is tight. Adequate, but small land-locked build which makes parking difficult. One cannot have a large vehicle easily maneuvered in the parking area. Never mind a trailer, it would never fit.
