From the time we got out of the cab from the airport, the staff at Marriott took care of us. We didn't need to go far for answers because they had all the information we needed from Food to Entertainment. I'm so glad we booked with Marriott Sukhumvit.

Hotel is in Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. Room was really nice with bed, bath tub and shower. There is an infinity pool on the 7th floor that guests can use for free. There is a cool sky bar and restaurant on the top floor called Octave that gives you unreal views of the city skyline day and night.

All I can say is that we must thank the Marriott staff enormously for the quality of service. Just ask something and you will be surprised that the immediate answer is simply a resounding YES. For example, on the second day, I asked to change my room for various reasons, they immediately apologized and instantly offered me another room with a remarkable exterior view and a pot of chocolate in addition, which I admired and made me moved throughout my stay. Also, I cannot forget the quality of the dishes in the restaurant: it was impeccable and delicious, and the staff was always ready to help me choose the dishes and drinks suitable for my daily rhythm. To conclude, I would like to thank all the hotel staff for the quality that I describe as exceptional and especially the way in which they execute it with open arms, a big smile on their face, smiling mouth, very welcoming look. For these reasons, I have already chosen the Marriott hotel: Fairfield by Marriott New York Manhattan Times Square, New York for my next mission in the USA and again in Bangkok during the mission in July and September. The room is perfect and was genuinely one of my best experiences in this trip to Bangkok. I mean I could've just stayed in the room and not go anywhere at all and still enjoy my trip. There's a great rooftop bar on the, well, rooftop of this hotel that is a sight to see on its own.

Address of this hotel starts with a "2". I thought it's "Sukhumvit Soi 2", as in, the JW Marriott hotel on Soi 2, but instead it's "building #2 on Sukhumvit Soi 57", entirely different part of the city half an hour car ride away. Didn't make my stay worse but watch out for this and don't get confused as I did.

First impressions count , on arrival at check in the hotel staff member was rude, based on the fact that we wanted to pay upfront and not be billing everything to room basis. Not everyone wants credit. The hotel itself was in a great location, close to the train,had a great roof top bar, restaurant with excellent views. Breakfast was served on ground floor had a lovely selection and great service. The staff opening the doors to the hotel are a credit to them always polite and respectful.

I did like the amenity to be able to find in the business lounge. Room was spacious and the staff were on top of service. They even gave me a birthday cake
