Room and bathroom was nice and clean, not any noise was noticed from the neighbors, the bed was comfy and clean. Great garden with some wild rabbits around was fascinating :), big swimming pool, and also nice place for the kids to play. Very big parking slots for 10euros per day and only 10min with train to the central train station in Rotterdam. Definitely we will come again.

Convenient location when driving, parking at a reasonable rate, adult excellent bed (not the sofa bed, though!). Common facilities. Children facilities (playground, kids room)

Breakfast is overly priced, rooms are a tad small.

The hotel has a garden resembling a forest with a lot of fresh air. The hotel is cozy and the prices are decent. My room had a bath which I appreciated a lot. It was clean, the staff was very polite and helpful.

The room was quite small, barely having space to move around it. The breakfast was very expensive (25eur/pers). The location is quite far from the center but we knew it so it was not a problem.

Good parking spot for the car.

I have never been on a hotel with that inkompetent crew behind the front desk. for info i have about 170 hotel nights / year We have even got correct receipt for the stay jet, 3 weeks after check out. One morning Crew behind front desk was sleeping, and hotel room card was not working... had to find personnel from the kitchen to looks for the front desk personal.

We booked for a family room + a baby cot but only at arrival we were told max number of people in a room was 4 and the baby cot was going to be in another room in our booking (we traveled with 2 family members)

Comfortable bed and spacious room. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great place for kids too with areas inside and outside for them to play. The hotel was outside of the central part of the city where certain major attractions would be but, it was very close to public transportation with only a 10 minute walk.

Only offers shampoo and body soap. No hand soap. The toilet is in a weird spot of the bathroom, at least in our room it was. Not sure if all rooms are like that but, tall people may have difficulty getting up and down from the toilet.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, kids friendly, good value overall

While close to Schiedam, Rotterdam, Delft, the Hague, etc. the hotel is only recommended if you have a car. There is not much in foot distance, and public transport is not very close.

The availability of the room service in the evening was poor ..it was not instructed on the website that we can't get room service at night and we needed extra things for the kids and that was not POS .then it was told to us that we.needed to put it in the remarks on the Web site wich we didn't see anywhere when we were booking

there's an outdoor playground and a play corner in the lobby. there's a small refrigerator in the room. the room is clean.

the room is not that spacious. the smell in the corridor is a bit unpleasant. the swimming pool is close from September.

* Our only complaint: We were 3 adults sharing the room. We were given only 1 small roll of single ply toilet paper, so we had to ration it!
