The location is excellent if you're seeking a place that's close to the city center, yet not overly crowded. It's also incredibly easy to reach from the airport using public transport. The staff are friendly, and the 24/7 front desk is a great convenience. One downside was the lack of breakfast variety

There was renovation work happening in the building opposite the hotel, and the workers began quite early each day. While this isn't a major issue if you're an early riser, those looking to sleep in will likely find it disruptive.

The hotel is located in the centre, on a cozy and quiet street. In 4-5 tram stops you will find yourself in the tourist area. You can also walk there in about 20-25 minutes. Transport accessibility is good. The metro station is an 8-minute walk away. The airport bus stops near the hotel - about 8 minutes walk. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is a buffet, quite varied. The prices are relatively low compared to hotels located in the tourist area.

Our stay at the Arbes hotel was during Christmas. We had booked five rooms for the whole family and parking lots for an additional fee of 17 euros per lot.The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The distance from the hotel to the tourist attractions is about 30 minutes walk. We were pleasantly surprised that for Christmas there was a compliment from the hotel-two small bottles of wine, Christmas cookies and chocolates in each room.

In the last room on the fourth floor, near the stairs, the heating did not work well and it was quite cold.

good breakfast, clean room, new antique furniture, helpful staff, fairly good location - a few meters from the trams' stop, several good restaurants nearby, a large shopping center. if you are going by car - GPS can lead you to the place, but there will only be one-way oncoming traffic until the parking lot. we encountered problems, but we reached the place by entering a slightly changed address.

Since the windows are old and there is no air conditioning, you can hear the tram traffic when you open the window at night.

Very well connected to everywhere, within tram distance. The room was comfy and had everything we needed. It also has private parking so it was convenient cause we arrived by car and didn't want to park elsewhere, and for a reasonable price.

The location on Google Maps for navigation is weird, we got a bit lost because it doesn't take you to the actual street when using navigation, but that's not their fault, but be careful cause it might seem you cannot enter the street, so you have to put it manually.

The staff are warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile. The rooms are attractive and quiet. I have stayed in both the street view rooms and the courtyard view rooms, and they are equally quiet. The breakfast is very good. There are small bathtubs in the rooms, if you like to take a bath. There is a small fridge. The location is ideal - it’s not swarming with tourists, and is easy to walk to from the Andel metro station (which is reachable by a bus from the airport)

There is nothing that I didn’t like.

Staff is wonderful. Hotel is so conveniently located with trams just steps away. Organic grocery right across the street. We loved the electric kettle with ceramic cups and real glasses, coffee and tea provided. Breakfast buffet was great in a lovely grotto-style room decorated with many oil paintings. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Super quiet. We did find the mattress to be quite firm for us, but likely would be fine for those who prefer a firm bed. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

We really liked our stay at hotel Arbes. Room was really clean and nice and really comfortable beds. Breakfast was really tasty, there were a lot of different foods to choose from. Hotel location is really good, you can walk or take a tram to all the main attractions. And the parking was good. Staff was really great too.

Room could have some central light because like this it was somewhat dark. And we were there in January so heating could be better too.

Location is excellent. 10 minute walk from Andel Metro Station- or one stop on the tram (No. 9 from just round the corner) Breakfast is mainly cereals, cheese, meats, pastries, cakes. Scrambled eggs also available - think you can ask for other eggs, if you want to. Hotel is a little dated, but very comfortable. Bar sevice available in the lounge on the ground floor. Take a Bolt from the airport - it's about £10. Recommend download the pid App and buy a three day pass, then just hop on Trams, Metro, Buses at your leisure.

Another Pillow would be handy. Probably could have asked for one.............

It is situated in a very good part of the lesser town, close to the tram, metro and local markets. The staff was friendly, breakfast was always fresh and the coffee surprisingly tasty. The room we stayed in had a vintage appeal to it with sightly older, but quality furniture. Everything was clean and the room service disinfected the bathroom daily. It was really quiet at night.
