Beautiful big room with balcony and lovely view of lake. Beautiful spa - pool, jacussi, sauna. Excellent extensive breakfast. Restaurant expensive but good quality. Outdoor loungers dry comfy and great to be able to swim in lake. Our village ice and quiet but easy to catch ferry into Luzern. Good free parking

Was strange to have to take towel robes back to reception on check out to receive chf50 back. Also bit annoying to have to pick up spa towels from reception as often busy with check in and check out. Would have been good to have some moisturiser and conditioner as part of fixed bottles in room rather than just shower gel and shampoo

The location was lovely, the views fantastic, our room was luxurious, and our stay was wonderful.

The onsite restaurant served ordinary food at dinner, however our breakfasts were fantastic.

The spa and the swimming pool are excellent, with direct access to the lake. The restaurant was very nice, plenty of options and a very caring service. Nicely decorated rooms, clean and spacious.

Even though the bed was big, I found it very uncomfortable after two nights. The swimming pool may be crowded on holidays, and I did not find a spot to sit. The gym was warm and humid.

The hotel was wonderful, indoor pool and spa facilities, very clean, lovely views and outdoor breakfast and dining in good weather. Lovely seating by the lake under a grove of chestnut trees. Our junior suite was spectacular with gorgeous lake views, a private deck plus a semi private additional deck shared by 3 rooms equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The parking lot was far too small, tight spaces too. Most parking spots right in front of the hotel seemed to be taken up by permanent parkers (maybe hotel employees? My husband is using a foldable walker and although the hotel has several elevators, there was still one set of stairs that I needed to carry my husband's walker up and down and then help him up the stairs. There was also a lack of storage space in the suite. No drawers, shelves, etc. just a very small and short cabinet with hangers.

Great breakfast, gluten and dairy free options. Comfy beds, central location. Spa facilities fantastic. Coffee shop and bakery across the road

Nice spa and large very nice pool with long opening times. We got an upgrade to a suite with a beautiful large patio overlooking the beautiful Lake Lucerne.

Breakfast could have more options, corridors could be upgraded. Hergiswil is a small town but ok for stopping on our way through. Hotel is very pricey, but so is all in Switzerland…

Seehotel Pilatus Hergidwill, has a great location on the lakeside with a spectacular views of Swiss Alps. We had a fantastic experience. friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing, varied food menu and it had a great espresso/coffee machine. We had a lake view and the rooms were very clean. Would stay again.

A marvellous location - the view over the lake was incredible! The automated shutter over the window just after sunrise is a fantastic idea. The room was clean and tidy, though the bathroom was rather compact. The breakfast, sitting outside on the terrace overlooking the lake, was good, but the evening meal, accompanied by disco music and people dancing, was somewhat disappointing, considering we were in such a glorious place.

The spa and the breakfast was good. The bed confortable. The location good, extremely quiet, 7 minutes from train station. Nice view from the balcony.

Everything seems to be old, dusty by the time. Pool outside was empty.

The pool/spa facilities were very nice and not too crowded. The breakfast was available for a long time and offered an excellent selection, even providing gluten-free items. The hotel is well-located within the town and even our lower-cost room had a good view of the lake.

There was really nothing to dislike. At the time of our stay, some renovations were taking place, but this is always a possibility in the off-season. The large windows in our room did collect a lot of condensation which would pool onto the floor overnight. Not a big issue though and the cleaning staff were happy to take care of this quickly.
