Everything was very good. Just one minor hic- up as mentioned below. Great connectivity 3 min walk to and from the bus station and 10 - 15 mins to the Lucerne Bahnhof.

The power switch tripped, no light in the toilet, no microwave, no chimney, no entrance passage light, floor lamp. I sent an e-mail informing and received a reply saying that it would be attended to soon. After waiting for long, I had to go out of the building, use the speaker and request for some help as our day was almost half done. It was then attended to promptly. Other than this all was perfect. I do appreciate a slightly longer check out or grace period of half an hour to 45 mins more

We loved the balcony, the possibility to regulate the shutters on a balcony, the apartment was big, clean and very warm, loads of towels and cleaning products were provided which is also great. There is only a 25mins walk to the centre of Lucerne so that’s a plus.

I recon that with an additional kettle, oven, some rugs on a floor and the very basic items like salt, little bit of oil (as it’s quite excessive to be having to buy all these stuff just for a few days stay) it would be absolutely perfect and 10 out of 10!

Good location in the city of Lucerne. Panoramic windows and beautiful views, as well as the size of the apartments are very pleased and exceeded expectations. Nice to have a spacious balcony. Good key collection system, but it was a little unclear what code had to be entered to receive them. Luckily, I was able to call support and quickly resolve the issue. Very comfortable elevators that don't have to wait long and can get you to your chosen floor very quickly. For those who do not travel by car, there is a convenient bus stop next to the apartments.

For those traveling by car, there is unfortunately no free parking. Nearby there is paid parking, which is located near the sports complex. Also the apartment was a little dirty, the floors were not washed and the bathroom was also a little dirty, but overall it didn't interfere with our stay in the apartment.

Apartment located in 10 to 15 min away from Train station, but you wont regret The apartment is very clean and enjoyable, we felt like staying at home Rooms / Halls were spacious Beds / Toilet are very clean, good Host were very responsive Kitchen has all amenities There is small park next to the Apartment

I do not have anything bad to say It would be great if the Host add Dish Washer which make life easier, give some time to roam around ;) instead of spending time in the kitchen

Just a comment on the neighbours in the property - there was a gentleman who presented himself at 5 in the morning rather angrily with comments including racial slurs and threats to call the police for noise from footsteps. We stayed with 2 toddlers(Aged 2 and 4) and as you know it's near impossible to control them at that age. If you have such neighbours, perhaps, you should not allow young families to stay- especially when I have specified the ages.

The apartment had all the materials we needed during our stay. As 2 adults and 2 children, we had a comfortable stay in this spacious apartment. The apartment was clean.I would like to stay again.

We used the paid parking lot under the apartment building. We could not find any directions for getting from the parking lot to the apartment. Information on how to use the apartment's elevator should be shared before arrival for convenience.

The location was perfect (away from the hustle and bustle). The bus stop was in front of the building 2 mins walk which takes you to Lucern Station. The property was clean and with all the amenities. Additional charging slots were provided.

Everything was good apart from the sofa bed, which was a bit fiddly; my son was sleeping on it and found it a little uncomfortable.

It is conveniently located and has everything we need in the apartment. There’s a small playground below too. If you wake up early, you can also catch the sunrise over the mountains, spectacular view (but it depends on which apart you have). They even have fans in the room considering the summer heat. 👍

The floor felt slightly sticky and there’s a smell in the room. The bathroom tends to get wet easily during shower. The lobby to the room has a very industrial feel and Imdid not look welcoming. The pillow was too high and we were not able to get a good sleep.

Balcony, proximity to bus stop, play ground on site, washer and dryer free to use

Fuse went out and took overnight to be told where the breaker is to reset and it broke my son’s Nintendo when it went out as it occurred when it was being plugged in. Can get hot in summer without AC and while you can open the balcony doors, there is no way to get cross flow.

Beautiful views, slightly away from city (4 min train ride).. it was amazing to be slightly secluded to enjoy the views and silence. The apartment was large, comfortable, fully equipped and well setup. I loved our stay here

Some minor bits - The bathrooms drainage can be better. Summers is getting worse in Europe, so without aircon it’s a bit hot during afternoon. HITrental can not do anything about it as it’s not allowed to install AC in that building. They provided us with floor fans, which was wonderful.
