+ the hostel is near bus stop + walking distance from mini market + not too far from Lucerne banhoff (train station) 18mins by bus + they provide towels, soap and shampoo + clean sheet everyday as you need to put it on-off yourself + coin locker + clean share kitchen and complete utilities

- too warm at night during my stay 3-4 Oct (but they provide fan) - no lift (stairs) and we were staying in the 3rd floor - too noisy from outside as it nears the main road (car noise)

The location is close to Mt Pilatus cable car station and not far from the centre.  The size of the bedroom with two single beds quite big.  It does not have a lift. There is a washbasin in the room. The heater does not work. There is a  kitchen and an eating room. Breakfast is 10chf per person  but I did not have breakfast at the hostel.  Shared bathroom and WC is clean. In my third floor There is one bathroom and one WC for 6 double rooms. We were lucky, we did not wait to use them.  There is a big locker for luggage near the receptionist. You can put one medium luggage or two small luggages. The stations of train, bus and cruise are very close to each other. There is a bus no. 1 stop A to Bellpark Hostel from Lucerne train station.  It took us 10 minutes to the hostel. You need to stop at Hoffman Bellpark in front of the Hoffman and walk around 2 minutes to the hostel. No need to cross the road, you can see the sign of  the hostel.

For budget travelers and solo travelers, this is best place to stay, it's cheaper in comparison to other stays, it's location is fantastic as bus no 1 from terminal A of main bus station takes you directly in front of hotel, so no need to search the hotel in streets, Pilatus ride starts at walking distance Kitchen and sufficient dining space make it more comfortable

Bed are made of steel which makes huge noise,, if person sleeping at one tier takes turn,the person sleeping at other tier is totally disturbed due to noise and vibration of the bed and sleep is totally disturbed Bed should be wooden

Great place to stay in Luzern. Fairly easy on the pocket, compared to most other options in an otherwise pricey city. Fairly easy to spot, since it's on the main road, close to the bus halt/stop. Amazing host at the hostel. Jeffrey(hope I spelt that right!), was really helpful and informative. Super place to also meet fellow travellers and to share experiences about the city in general. Would surely recommend if you are coming on your own. Very close to the ropeway start point to Mt Pilatus. Keep in mind: Though breakfast is available at added cost, it's recommended to get your own stuff as options may be limited when it comes to breakfast. Easy to prepare your own stuff in the open kitchen. Don't forget to get coupons/gift cards to use at some of the experiences around Luzern. Just ask the host about it!

Great location - 10 min by public transport from the train station. Well equipped kitchen. Lidl store just across the road to buy your own food. Very nice front desk lady ( sorry, I don't know how to spell her name properly, but it sounds close to Apple). Cozy common area.

4 person rooms are too small for 4 people. Guests should be made aware of quiet time in a room from at least 12am. or earlier. For two nights in a row my roommates were noisily taking care of themselves past 12 am with NO regard for the other guests trying to sleep. When told to observe silence, they were answering that they were quiet enough (((. Also, the metal lockers in the room are extremely noisy.

The employees were really nice with the clients! The kitchen was a really nice addition, it was a nice way of saving money on food and a nice way to socialize with the other clients, we also had a tv, a couch and tables in the common room to eat, so cozy! I was upgraded for another room when I checked in, and it was such a nice room. The beds were comfortable, we had a bathroom with toilet and shower in the room and we had a balcony with a table, I had some really nice breakfast with a beautiful view on a mountain. Also the fact that all of the bus expenses in zone 10 of Luzern were covered is really nice.

The laundry service was expensive (15CHF), I understand that the employees do the laundry themselves, but giving us the option of doing it ourselves for a lower price could have been nice.

Really close with a bus stop and we get a free ticket for public transport. Very helpful and friendly staffs. A very nice and fully-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge even rice cooker. A coin locker to keep our stuff when we arrive early. The staff can help with laundry where we pay per load. Close to a cable car station to go to mount pilatus. There’s a grocery store closeby.

We need to put the sheet and make the bed ourselves. There is no ac so it’s hot when it’s hot but there’s a fan that is helpful enough. No lift but since we travel light it’s not that hard to go upstairs.

Good transport accessibility from the station by trolleybus No.1, Luzern Card with free public transport, smaller rooms with fan and small bathroom with toilet, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff

Check in was more difficult for us. Thanks to the trolley bus delay due to the demonstration we arrived at 22:05 and the building was closed, no one answered the phone. Unfortunately we didn't have an online connection and the hostel sent us the access codes to our email at 21:00, unfortunately not by SMS. Only after 20 minutes we managed to get an on-line connection and download the codes on-line. Recommendation for the hostel : send the access codes also by SMS , as is common elsewhere...

the Staff!!! Robert and his wife and Jeremy great people. so nice and helpful! great location in Kriens easy to get to by bus from Trainstation! Bus goes often and the stop is 2 minutes away. There is a supermarket few minutes away! A nice park and museum. Nice sitting area next to large kitchen. I stayed in 4 bed dorm . Bed was comfy. There were lockers downstairs so I did not have to carry my heavy luggage upstairs which is great!

The shower and toilet in room. I think outside the room in separate area would be more private plus I was worried I would be waking up people sleeping in same room .

Location is very nice just besides the bus station. Its around 10-12 minutes from luzern Bahnhof. Common kitchen on the ground floor with a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was helpful

The rooms which we got was located on the 3rd floor with no lifts..Very difficult to carry the luggage.
