We spent one night over a hiking weekend with friends. The B&B is so lovely with its beautiful and quiet garden. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of shared toilets which is very convenient. They provided funs for the summer night and turned them on before our arrival, which is thoughtful. Location is quite nice, a few bus stops from the train station. The breakfast is homemade and tasty, far more than expected!

Not really, the one problem is the fun could be noisy for sleeping....so leave the windows open!

Floors are a bit creaky but we noticed when door was shut room was quite soundproof from rest of house, plus they were beautiful wood floors so worth it

The Bed and Breakfast Lucerne exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. Every morning, we looked forward to breakfast. The location was so convenient – a peaceful and charming neighborhood with a short walk to the bus stop that takes you anywhere you would want to go. You can even walk to Old Town if you prefer. We booked the Triple Room with a shared bathroom. Despite having a shared bathroom, it was never an inconvenience. The bathroom was consistently clean, and with three on our floor, we never encountered any wait times. The room itself was a bright – very clean with comfortable beds. There was plenty of room for our luggage.

Just a heads-up for travelers with heavy luggage, be prepared to carry your bags upstairs. The room's door creaked slightly when opening and closing, which might be a minor detail for some travelers but worth mentioning for light sleepers.

Lovely characterful building. Great location, the Number 1 bus being perfect. Great communication prior to our arrival by Isabelle. Fabulous welcome by Connie who provided us with excellent information on B&B and local travel. Our room, very light. Yvonne being wonderful and very flexible with our early breakfast. The 24/7 tea / coffee making.

There were plenty of sharing bathrooms, the only problem is that all retaining, adjustable brackets for shower handsets were broken. It may be wise to provide individual shower mats in each room, so we didn't have to use the single one provided (and used by all other guests).

My mum and I stayed 1 night at the Bed + Breakfast and it was just excellent. We were greeted by the very friendly Isabel; she even helped us with our luggage. We had the attic room which has a private bathroom. Wonderful room- super spacious, cozy, comfy bed and there’s an air cond unit. Breakfast was fantastic- thumbs up to Isabel and her team. Great options of cheeses, fruits, bread, meats, cereals and egg. You get to have tea and coffee throughout your stay. It is located about 10mins bus ride into Lucerne centre but the stop is like only 3mins walk. Super convenient. I highly recommend Bed + Breakfast, just such a lovely place to stay :)

The B&B was lovely. The location was perfect, just a short bus ride from the centre of town and in a quiet suburban area. The hosts were very helpful, and the place was very comfortable. The bed was big and very comfy too so we slept great. There were lots of bathrooms so we never had to wait. I would definitely stay again.

The curtains didn't quite cover the windows so it was a little bright in the morning, but I had my eye mask so it was ok.

The BandB was a charming old house in a residential area of Lucerne. It was very close to a bus line which we used everyday with our Swiss Pass. Isabelle and her staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would suggest that the breakfast be varied a little each day. After a couple of days eating exactly the same thing, it did get a little boring. Though we got used to it, I would suggest including in the description of the attic room that the bathroom is located down a set of spiral stairs. It could potentially be a problem for some people. Also, the room must be unlocked with a key from the inside which may be a problem in case of fire.

The early morning breakfast was nice and staffs are all very nice and kind people always ready to help you when u are in need.i liked the stay there Nice and clean rooms

Maybe the noisy floors but not that spoils anything, also I understand it's that they can't do more better than this but just a little bit of information from my side.

- Very friendly and helpful staff. - Luggage storage prior to check in. - Clean shared bathrooms. - Convenient location for public transport. - Free tea, coffee and drinking water as much as you want. - Great selection of juices, breads, fruit etc

- I booked a double room but unfortunately it was two single twin beds together. - Fresher fruit for breakfast.

The staff here was super nice. I love the rooms (we stayed in both rooms for two and three). They were not spacious but larger than most of the places we've stayed. I really enjoyed the breakfast there. Good food and relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of bath/ shower rooms. It's a little away from the main train station, but there are a lot of buses coming like every 5 mins so I didn't feel like it was inconvenient.

Floors can be a little loud and squeaky as you walk. It was fine to me, but some might find it annoying.
