I liked how clean and upkept it was. The towels were replaced, and I was confused about check-in, but WhatsApp guided me through with any questions I had. The only complaint is that I had the smallest room in the place, so I had no nightstand on my side, but the price was right! All facilities were private, and I felt like I had my own apartment in Madrid. I would compare it to doing an Airbnb. Location was fantastic!

The size of the room was tight, so the bed was against the wall, and I did not have a nightstand. I ended up moving it over just to give me some room to sneak by. My charger is very long, so it wasn't that bad, and for the price, I did not mind.

It was good value for the money,just few minutes walk from the city center, on the quiet street. Around there is a lot of good places to eat and bars, open even till the late night. The room is perfect for very short stay and when you're not planing to stay in your room for a long time.

The room was very small, one could have said even slightly claustrophobic. You can eaisly here what is happening in the other rooms, so hopfully you would not have loud neighbours. Additionally, do not chose to go there if you rented a car, to park it is almost imposible. There is plenty of private parkings around, however the price may go as high as 30 euro per less than 12hrs parking.

The property was well-maintained, and in a great location - walking distance of all the main sights and near a metro station. You can connect to your Netflix account on the TV.

Slightly difficult to get into the property on the first day, but not a problem after this. Also, the heating was always on in the corridor, which didn’t affect our stay but was slightly strange as it was 34°C outside.

I like the location of the place. There were a lot of bars around, which I liked. Great for a short stay.The room was nice, clean and looked exactly like the picture.

The room is a bit small, but that was ok. There is no reception or direct contact with anyone, which for some people can be a problem. It takes some time to get an answer when writing to the contact person.

Great value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location for seeing the city - everything at your doorstep! While there is no physical reception area, the staff was communicative and helpful via WhatsApp.

Location was perfect! The room though small felt luxurious and very safe. For a quick one night stay it's the perfect spot. Not too expensive considering location.

The lack of staff around made it a bit difficult when checking in, and if in any case I needed help there wasn't anyone around to help in the moment.

The location was good and the room was nice, but quite small though. Walkable distance from the city center (15-20 minutes).

The only impediment was the AC which made a constant noise and it was just in front of our window.

I really liked the level of cleanliness. The room was small but I was by myself I really appreciated the AC as it was very warm outside

Online check-in. It is impossible if you do not have access to the Internet and the fact that it was on the third floor with no lift. I spent nearly an hour outside the door without any means of contacting the hotel or booking.com.

the location of the place was super great! the room seemed a bit tiny, but was kept very tidy (though our room smelled a tint of cigarette). In general, it was great, especially the location was very central. Highly recommend!
