This place was well situated in the centre of Siena, in a quiet, peaceful street. The room and bathroom was lovely and had all the amenities like a mini fridge, hairdryer, body wash etc. We stayed 3 nights and was absolutely wonderful. We also had such a friendly welcome when we arrived and Ada the receptionist was extremely helpful throughout our stay. When we had difficulty organising taxi's to a castle nearby that we were attending a 2 day wedding event, she went over and beyond to help us out, nothing seemed too much trouble. We were very grateful to her; even one night we got the wrong room as we were on the wrong floor, she saw the funny side of it!

This is a perfect boutique guest house right in the heart of Siena! The residence is in a beautiful old building, and our room had an incredible mural over the walls and ceiling. It really added to the Italian experience! Comfortable bed, great bathroom, and great shutters on the windows which blocked out sound and light. Ada was a wonderful host - she helped us find great restaurants, panini bars and gelato. She also gave us great recommendations on the best sites to visit during our short 2 nights in Siena.

The location is perfect. Just steps away from all the main attractions. Ada was very helpful providing all the information such as what to eat and things to see. The fresco in the room is very special.

Unfortunately the hot water in our bathroom was broken during our stay. It was hot in the beginning and soon went cold and cannot go warm again quickly even when I shut and open it again. I understand it was not Ada’s fault and she was always trying to help but it was too late at night so she could not call the assistant to help. We end up having a very quick bath. Hope the hot water gets fixed soon.

The location is excellent! We met Massimo and Ada, two staff members that are exceptional. Massimo gave us a map and pointed us to places of interest and places to eat for our stay and all the information was great. The room was great. Everything we needed. The shower was fabulous. Beds were comfy. Can't wait to go back and explore more of Siena and I will definitely stay here again.

Location in Siena is ideal, right in heart of city. Room was clean and larger than expected. Very clean. Ada, the property point of contact, was responsive, attentive, and very cheerful. She went way above and beyond to ensure we made our wine tasting and winery tour. Hers was the best reception in our 4 Italian cities. Can't say enough about her support.

Stunning accommodation in the heart of Siena. Outstanding check in experience and incredibly welcoming hosts. The most comfortable bed we stayed in during the whole Italy trip! They accommodated us last minute after the other hotel we pre-booked was so terrible we left after seeing the room. This place in contrast was a welcome surprise. We loved our 1 night stay and would highly recommend it.

Massimo and Ada made this place so welcoming. We arrived later than expected however Massimo was super friendly and patient. We were lucky to get a room with an amazing ceiling mural. The facility was located conveniently in the city center with many great food and shopping options.

Due to its location, there are challenges for a taxi to get to the property so pack light. We arrived in Siena from the train station and it was took roughly 30 minutes to catch a taxi so if possible, make arrangements for a driver.

Amazing place just meters from Piazza del Campo and the Duomo. Rooms was amazing with beautiful ceiling and wall paintings, clean and spacious. Host was amazing giving us very good tips to explore the city and places to eat. I would definitely use this hotel if I am to return to Siena (the Duomo is one of the most beautiful churches I have seen) and would recommend it to friends and family.

Staff was just great. Terrific meal suggestion and things to see and do. Room is historic and enjoyable if not luxurious. They have an even nicer room on a higher floor which we initially booked but had to change the date (my fault). We'd like to go back to the same place no matter which room we get.

Bath is a bit small but there was plenty of hot water & overall not a problem.

The communication with the property was excellent and providing very clear and comprehensive information. Ada was wonderful at checkin providing great suggestions on where to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all lived up to her descriptions. The location is perfect! The rooms are modern and antique with amazing frescoes.
