Room 707. Good. Spacious room, with balcony and nice view, good mattress. Central. Good breakfast and nice view !!!! Free parking.

Blackout curtains are needed. Also more outlets. In the office corner we had to remove the cable of the refrigerator or the TV for the computer !!!!!! More hooks in the bathroom are needed. The wall on the balcony, was very high and blocked the view. The bathtub is very high, 67cm, very uncomfortable!! Small washbasin 41x55 cm. Floor towel in the bathroom is needed.

Great location right on the Main Street where all the tourist shops and restaurants are. Facility was definitely not renewed from some time but was clean. Visit during December and the heat worked great, to a point where we had to open the window since it was too hot in the room.

There wasn’t any AC options in the building. Which was okay for a visit during the winter, but I can’t imagine staying here in summer time, keeping in mind that the rooms are hit by direct sunlight for a good half of the day.

Beautiful location, fantastic view! Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options: cereal, continental and English breakfast, as well as local food such as traditional cheese pie, yogurt and white cheese. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Any issues that occurred were dealt with professionally and efficiently. Thank you!

The location is exceptional (right in the middle of the center, so, close to the castle as well as close to the shops and restaurants) The food at the restaurant is good and fresh. The bath tub jacuzzi in the room was a nice option on top of the spa (pool a bit cold but functioning). Very nice staff.

The isolation of the rooms was not good: we could hear every chair being moved upstairs... and as our room was on the side of the street, we could hear all cars... The matrases are not so confortable.

The hotel is located in the city centre with great views over the Yantra river. Rooms, although in need of renewal, were clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was the best we've had in Bulgaria.

Little to complain about - it was a decent hotel. A kettle in the room would be nice though...

Room 407 is very different by room 901/902 which I have it twice in 2022.. Room 407 have 2 large beds in main bedroom, not look nice.. Friday night a lot of children come there like in a bootcamp, and they make a lot of noise... very disturbing

The location is fantastic, in the center of VTarnovo, close to main attractions. The room and all the facilities are quite modest, but clean and the bed was comfortable. For 1-2 nights it is a nice place. I would say it is 3 stars, for sure not 4, but it is not that important… Try to get the room with the valley view — it is really breathtaking. (otherwise you will observe just the busy and noisy main street of the town).

The breakfast was very simple, you have to choose between several variants — there is no buffet.

The location is great, right close to the old streets! The restaurant has superb views overlooking the whole valleys. I also like the receptionists who are very helpful and offer luggage storage and early check-in.

Hotel rooms may need remodeled.

The position of the hotel is excellent ! The personnel is very kind.

The parking place is an issue in the area.. Quit difficult to find one in the evening.

It is a correct hotel in terms of amenities expected for 4 stars and in terms of value for money. What I found unique is the outstanding view the river-view rooms offer: a memorable vista of the Yantra river, the art gallery, the city with its amphitheatre layout and the lush forests covering the neighbouring hills.
