3rd time staying here and it’s by far the best airport hotel at Heathrow. It’s bright, clean, excellent value, includes a decent breakfast and is conveniently located 5 minutes from T2/3 by bus (local buses stop right outside and run into the Heathrow Central bus station and T5 - don’t use the overpriced Hotel Hoppa).

Like all the hotels along Bath Road if you’re in a south-facing room expect to be kept awake by planes taking off and landing. The decor is more tacky than contemporary however it’s still a lot better than your typical drab airport hotel.

Clean modern hotel, 1 mile from Heathrow terminal 3, ideal for overnight stay close to airport. Bar and food options.

Just advice- you cannot walk between the hotel and the airport due to a pedestrian free tunnel. Uber is £30! Use bus 105 from the airport which drops you outside the door (4stops?). To get to the airport catch any bus from the other side if the road 🙂 bus fare is £1.75 - card only and a separate payment method for each passenger. Breakfast £14

Location! City bus access! Fine simple reasonable hotel. This will always be our hotel of choice when we need to stop over a night at Heathrow while traveling to or from other parts of Europe. The Hotel Hoppa bus was a nightmare in the past (expensive and took forever to get to an airport hotel). Now we found we can go to the Heathrow Central Bus station, between terminals 2 and 3, and catch a city bus #105 or 111, 278, 285. Frequent service, just a few minutes ride, and about 2€, credit cards accepted on the bus. The Nene Road bus stop is immediately in front of the hotel. Problem solved! Also, the Three Magpies pub, a very short walk, was great.

Short cab ride to airport is a bit expensive at £15 for a mile or less. Due to 2 drops we were both charged £15 for a total of £30 which makes a good location less helpful. Free shuttles to hotels would be comparable to some other places worldwide.

Helpful friendly staff. Big quiet room - I think I booked a standard double but it was also wheelchair accessible. Very comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Nice change after all the pub-style old hotels I stayed at on my trip! Perfect location for my early morning flight. The 278 bus to Heathrow from Hayes & Harlington tube station is right across the road from the hotel and this stop has many buses going to the airport central bus station - avoids the high prices of a tube to the terminal (I saved about 6 pounds on tube) and the hotel hopa shuttle (6.50 pounds 1-way). Note the Hotel Hopa shuttle doesn’t stop at Ibis Styles but the standard bus is more regular, seemed quicker and less full!

Took me a while to find the kettle in the weird silver box by the bed! One day I’ll be able to get non-dairy milk at hotels… Oatly does mini-milk for hotel!

The location to Heathrow Terminal 3 was less than 7 minutes using Uber, which was excellent for my early morning flight. The room was spacious, and they had complimentary coffee and water.

The front desk officer could not seem to find my booking, and I had to stand for a while. Even though they had communicated to me the previous day via message. She also didn't apologize for keeping me waiting!

There was a restaurant on site - though nothing gluten free which was a problem for me - I had the salad with chicken but then discovered the chicken was deep fried with flour so although I tried to remove it all, I inevitably got crumbs and suffered the consequences of having had some gluten. However, they do have complimentary apples and bananas and a hot drinks machine which we appreciated.

See above re no gluten free food. Plus, I accidentally left my eye blinds behind and need them to sleep. Despite having emailed twice I have not had any reply from the hotel. It would be really helpful to have a small fridge in the room - there is a refreshment trolley which looks as if it might be refrigerated from the photos but isn't. Suggestion: Tell guests who want to go into London, to get bus 81 right outside the hotel (destination Hounslow), then catch the Piccadilly line from Hounslow West - instead of telling guests who want to go into London to get the bus to Heathrow and pick up the underground from there (longer routing).

Cheap, comfortable, one of the nearest hotels to Heathrow on the Bath Road and right by the bus stop if you're using local transport to get to Heathrow Central. I was a little worried after reading about some of the reviews about being dirty or noisy but the room was clean, there was plenty of space to open both large hard shell cases and there were lots of dividing doors between the rooms and the stairs and lifts areas so the only noise was if a neighbour was noisy coming out of their room and that's out of the hotels hands. The staff were really helpful in where to get the return bus (the crossing is just by the Esso Station to get to the other side) and it couldn't have been easier to get the local bus to and from Heathrow Central.

People assessing this hotel need to bear in mind this is a budget option and it's extremely good value for money. The only annoying thing was that the water took ages to run from the sink and the shower water pressure wasn't very strong, but apart from that all good.

Location, facilities, staff, available food.

My pillow was uncomfortable and smelt. It clearly needed a new pillow, not just a clean case. When booking the hotel, I was not aware that there were three IBIS Hotels on Bath Road!! I did not state the number of the hotel (as I assumed there would be just one IBIS on Bath Road). As a consequence my taxi dropped me off at the wrong IBIS. According to the cab that transferred me to the correct Hotel, this error happens all the time and he had transferred several people that morning who had made the same mistake. Should you make it clear on the booking form, that it is imperative to take a note of the number or in some way warn guests that there are three IBIS. Perhaps give them different names.

Good location. Just 3 bus stops from Heathrow Central Bus Station and 4 different buses (105, 111, 278, and 285) can take you there. Clean comfortable rooms. I always stay here when doing an overnight at Heathrow. Reception is always hit or miss. This time the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Upon exiting, I told the male attendant that the bathroom sink drained very slowly and needed attention. He said OK, didn’t write anything down and proceeded to chat with a female attendant. Go figure
