Clean room and bathroom. Fresh sheets, room clean and coffee/tea/water topped up everyday. Incredible breakfast spread, something for everyone, you won't go hungry! Wonderful staff who are very helpful and accommodating. Great free WiFi. Great location, only a short walk from both the city center and the train station, pretty much right in between the two. Plenty of storage space for clothes and personal belongings. AirCon was amazing and kept the room at the perfect temperature throughout the summer nights I stayed. And all that for a fantastic price! Would definitely stay here again!

I was in the room alone, however, if I was with someone it would have been nice if the bed was one mattress and not two singles put together. The option for one large mattress may be available, however, as I was alone I didn't mind the two singles so I didn't ask.

Stayed here for 5 days and had an overall good experience. Staff were always friendly and helpful, hotel is in a good location to explore by foot, and the room was comfortable and quiet. Price was also good. In addition, I liked having a grocery store and restaurants in the same building (different entrance). I would return.

For long stays, I always book a hotel with fitness facilities. Booking indicates this one has fitness facilities but it doesn't. They staff said they have a deal with a nearby gym but you have to pay to enter that gym so I would not really consider that a guest fitness facility. Also it indicated it was a 4 star hotel when I would put it at 3. Vending machines were all out of order, no minibar or fridge, no room service, no pool or gym, not many amenities in the bathroom. I guess it is subjective, but to me those things are what a 4 star hotel does have. That being said, I was happy with the hotel overall and would return to the same place for short stays.

The hotel is spacious and beautifully decorated in a contemporary style. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was great. My room was stunning and spacious. The air-conditioning was the best I have ever experienced, totally quiet and fresh. It was though mountain air had filled the room. The bathroom was superb and the shower like a rainforest. My bed was sumptuous and I slept extremely well. I loved the spacious bar area for a late nightcap (or three). The location is slightly out of the main centre, but once I got my bearings realised it was a short walk to the city centre. I also realised that a very short walk to the Oststrasse UBahn station linked me to everywhere I wanted to go. Heinrich Heine Allee station is the hub station for everything.

One person at front desk and bar is difficult if more people want to check in and order in the evening. Self check in was problematic, I was not found, with code didn't work too, person needed to register me manually. Given info about company for invoice in Booking.com hotel did not see, asked me to write info in Booking.com messeges, said... thank you... but at my stay in hotel asked to write on paper one more time, because can not find. Just took check in to long. P.S.1. Safe box in a room did not work, dead batteries, so I took a risk leaving like that and after room cleaning nothing was missing...thank you for that. P.S.2. First evening central water circulation in radiator was to loud, but next day it was ok already.

We had a bit of a bumpy start because the hotel was overbooked and had no room for us but the receptionists were great with us. They offered us drinks and went out of their way to find accommodation for us. It was quite difficult and after 4 hours of trying and not resting they found us a hotel for the night. For the next day they kindly offered to compensate us with some extras which we enjoyed a lot. Excellent service even with all the handicaps. We will definitely come back, you have my 100% confidence!

Self-check in… you come to a hotel to receive service and not to have to check in yourself. The process is not intuitive. Each room must have its own individual name assigned, different for each room booked. This includes families, so prepare if you have not done so. The service was great but the overall hotel service system does have its flaws that create stress for both the client and staff.

Good location - close to both train station and city centre so easily accessible at walking distance. Breakfast, whilst being the same daily, is very good and great quality. Bed is comfortable Plenty of places to have lunch/dinner/takeaway nearby.

Had an issue on arrival which delayed my checkin by more than an hour due to having to liaise with booking.com team - issue was ultimately on the hotel's side as they had changed their IT system after I originally booked and paid in advance, and could not find my payment hence were initially requiring the payment again to be able to access the room - with booking staff and the hotel reception staff's help it was solved, though not a great thing having to spend time after long travel to sort something like this, specially given hotel apparently had already multiple similar complaints before according to reception staff Could do with some better pillows - lack of mini fridge is a bit of a down side although there is a vending machine on the floors.

We didn't use the breakfast option, but had coffee and croissants in the lobby coffee bar. The service there was quite slow, however, the coffee drinks and croissants were excellent! Loved the room set-up and the vintage decor - and of course the view over the city of Düsseldorf!

The only minor disadvantage was the line at check-out - when you're on a tight schedule, you either have to plan check-our earlier than I did, or you need a speed-check-out option (which, if provided, I didn't see or hear about).

This hotel is in an excellent location, making it a perfect choice for a short business trip to Düsseldorf. The central position offers walking distance to everything you might need, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of options to start the day. The rooms, while not very large, were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, combining a superb location, good amenities, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Düsseldorf!

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. Didn't have breakfast but it did look lovely from crossiants to fresh fruit, cereal and cooked breakfast too. The city view didn't disappoint either gorgeous view from our window and the weather made it better too. Would definitely recommend to stay here whilst in dusseldorf and can't wait to come back.

Only thing I found a little annoying was they didn't accept cash everything was card.
